Food: I would love to have tried their avocado toast but sadly the two people up front were too busy chatting with friends. Service: so far this had to be the worst place in Eureka Springs and surrounding area. People here are very friendly and enjoy what they do. Ambiance: not very welcoming. I ended up across the street at a much friendlier establishment.

Great food, coffee and service! A wonderful place to gather and meet friends. Close to parking, near the entrance of the historic district and a perfect place to start your Eureka Springs adventure!☕️

This place was awesome!! We went during the week so it wasn't busy. The service was great. The inside of this place was clean and cute we loved the ceiling! The food was so delicious we had 2 sandwiches would recommended them both! And the cinnamon roll yum!!! Definitely worth a try!!!

got a S'mores iced coffee this time. it was OK . I went ahead and gave more stars because I think I've liked my Coffee there in the past .The girl that Was working tonight blonde with glasses is not friendly or happy. No smile. Nothing to really say. Maybe we weren't dressed good enough for her? We've been out mushroom Hunting. We didn't feel very welcome.

This was such a cute coffee shop!! I got a London fog and it was perfect. The servers were incredibly sweet and got our drinks done surprisingly quickly for how busy it was. Also the ceiling was made out of antique doors and windows. So cool!!

We were visiting the area and decided to try this place for breakfast. No one was in line when we arrived, but we were not necessarily spoken to very kindly or friendly. When we did order at the counter the woman who took the order said that the coffee in the mug next to me was for me. I went to grab it as we went to sit down but the other woman (her daughter) said no it was not mine. I asked are you sure, but she dismissed me and said, no it was for others. We sat down to wait for our food and coffees to be finished. To be clear we ordered a drip coffee and an Americana. The mugs are all different, and the one I tried to grab was white with a horse that said "Paco" on it. I watched as that cup sat for a few mins, they moved it over multiple times, while they called others for theirs. No one took the mug, finally they called my name, and she tried to give me the mug. I told her that she told me it wasn't mine and she said no I was mistaken because there are lots of mugs like that there. I must be wrong. I can admit when I am wrong, or possibly wrong but I know that was the same mug. All the mugs were different for the most part. It was cold, I tried to drink it but they did replace it. If that was the only issue I wouldn't leave such a negative review. We ordered biscuits and gravy, with added chicken and two eggs (my husband), and I ordered the Country breakfast plate with sausage. The toast was cold, the sausage patties were bland as were the eggs. The potatoes were very good. However, my husband's food was not ok. The chicken was supposed to be friend chicken which is was not. They looked to be chicken tenders you would get at the grocery store. He tried to cut them, and felt they were hard to cut but mixed it with some of his gravy. He took his first bite which he thought tasted a little strange but tried another piece and was horrified to see that the entire chicken was raw! The outside looked cooked (the breading) but the inside was completely raw. It was not cold, but it was also not warm. He took it back up to the counter where they offering to make him more chicken but her declined. I tried to finish up, so we could be on our way. The owner or manager was told by the same young woman about the situation, and she walked right past us and didn't say anything as she was taking care of other things. She was then told again, (They pointed at us both times) and she approached and asked what the issue was. We told her, she offered to remake it or to refund us the whole meal. (It seemed like she meant the entire order but she just meant the chicken). She was polite, but of course at this point we wanted nothing else. She did refund us, but we will not be back. She said the chicken was from a new supplier and the cook didn't know it was raw. I am not sure how tenders can be that raw on the inside, and also supposed to be friend chicken. With the amount of attitude, and food situation we will never go back. The only person who was friendly and smiled at us was the nice woman who was brining the food out. The young women behind the counter were all curt and not friendly with us. I understand mistakes happen but that seems like a pretty big deal.

Over 4 years of supporting this business through the off-season and year-round with daily coffee and treats and even retail items. I have never yet seen staff members or management share a smile. What's the phrase? A little bit of kindness goes a long way? With this business, it's almost like they are getting bonuses for whoever does not smile the most. I've been in the place during busy tourist weekends and on slow weekday mornings and evenings so the disgruntled employee vibe is not something that is happening because they are understaffed and overworked as a lot of businesses in the area like to bring up. I just really try to be pleasant and friendly when ordering our items, but it seems that it's getting nowhere, and there's no reception to it. There's no kindness given back. Also, I like to give my tip in cash and not when I order and swipe my card. My tip is based on my service and the items I receive, maybe thats why the sour faces. Idk. So sadly, I personally won't be going back, especially after the treatment yesterday.Edit: Since the reply from owners/managers below. Wow, see how sweet and nice they are there?! They're complaining about me CONSTANTLY asking about what's in my order or the price increase I asked about. I guess asking them if they put two shots or one shot of espresso in their 12 oz drink is a bother to them and irritating. If that's too difficult or bothersome, then there needs to be a sign that says no specialty drinks. My drink is very simple a hot caramel macchiato sometimes a vanilla latte and I ask for no foam. Some people want oat milk some people want 1% I was not a very picky customer except not wanting foam and that did cause them to have to remake my drink several times because they couldn't listen from the cash register to five feet away to the barista to either repeat the order or actually read the order that was printed out that this customer didn't want foam. It's not that hard to do and then they get mad because they have to remake it. When you're paying almost $8 for a cup of coffee, then I expect it to be done right, and I'm sure a lot of other people do too. When I first came here they had a reward system to put your email or phone number into their system to keep track of your orders and then when you reach a certain amount of drinks you get a free one. Then you can sign up for birthday rewards to get a free one on your birthday. Sometimes my receipts weren't emailed to me after leaving so then my rewards weren't going to my account to accumulate a free drink. So there were several times I emailed through Facebook Messenger to double check my points. That was a bother to them but I was a regular just like a lot of other people who support the local businesses, so I thought I was doing nothing wrong. I have an espresso machine at home and make my own lattes but it's just a treat to go out and take my little girl to get a drink and a pastry and that's what we did. As far as asking for a job or inquiring about a job there for a while they were constantly posting help wanted and they had advertised a front-end manager and that's what I do is contract at other businesses to help come on board with my education and experience to train retail employees. It was only an inquiry because of my customer experience and the high turnover. Lastly, I never said that I have supported the business for the last 4 years. I said I have supported the business for 4 years, which was while living in Eureka Springs, hence my last visit was so long ago. We were visiting recently and came into this situation.

Go for the Coffee not the chicken and waffles! Frozen out of the box toster waffles and frozen breaded chicken strips served barely warm. Good thing the Coffee was good and they had a bottomless cup to least make me feel I got my money’s worth!

Incredibly mediocre breakfast...Bisquik pancakes, Sam's club frozen pan fried potatoes, thin lunch meat ham and out-of-a-jar hollandaise sauce on the eggs benedict. Everything was store bought except the eggs. The eggs and the coffee are the only saving grace on the benedict, but my husband's over medium eggs were burned. Was looking forward to an alternative to our favorite breakfast restaurant and old standby. But we will NOT be back to eat. Maybe for a cup of coffee to go, but even the atmosphere isn't worth staying for. PS - two meals, two lattes, and tip was $60.
