We visited for the local vibe and were pleased with the food — it was genuinely delicious. The music added charm, showcasing local talent and setting a fun, relaxed mood. However, the service was a major letdown. We waited over 40 minutes before anyone came to take our order, and only after we flagged someone down ourselves. It was disappointing to be overlooked for so long, especially given how promising the atmosphere and menu were.
What can I say? Is it the most wonderful place on earth, in the middle of the most wonderful place on earth, with the best people on earth, and it also has my favorite sandwich (white river)?

There are lots of options for places to stay in Eureka but I will never stay anywhere else. It’s absolutely the friendliest place on earth.
Food is pretty good for Pub food. But I didn’t write it that way because that would be misleading. As pub food probably at four. Free music several nights a week, a friendly jovial crowd. Good vibes LBGTQ plus friendly all are welcome
Kid-friendliness: It’s a bar. You don’t see many kids there but it would not be a problem. Loud and boisterous when there is music.
