My very first google review and this place deserves a 1 star. Drinks were horrible. We ate at the restaurant and spent $45 on 2 burgers that were cold and had absolutely no seasoning. You would think how popular this place is they would have better service. After expressing these concerns the waitress stated “since you ate a couple bites we unfortunately cannot take this off of your bill” seriously? Then proceeds to come back and say that she gave us half off and it was still $42 lol. I wouldn’t give these burgers to my own dog.

that lakeview relaxer is delicious!!! i love fruity drinks and this one was right up my alley. didn't even taste the alcohol, only the pineapple. please try it if you go.

My daughter got married at the hotel. We visited the bar after our rehearsal dinner. The bartender Daniel was awesome to all of us!!! We will definitely be back when in Eureka Springs. Thanks a ton for making our special weekend awesome. You rock Daniel!!!!

Tried it after we ate on basin park balcony because it’s in same building 25 ft away,, wasn’t impressed the male bartender not friendly at all as we waited for him to finish making 2 drinks for the guys ahead of us, he could at least said hi folks I’ll be right with ya( 4 of us) then several minutes later he finally asked what would you guys like , so while he spent the next 10 minutes making our drinks I kept asking can I take the pool balls on the bar and set them up on table he didn’t answer forever like he couldn’t talk while making the drinks , finally he mumbled 5 dollars an hour, then the minute the clock struck 10 pm he said , that’s it need the balls back we’re closing, he was a strange fella I wouldn’t bother going back in there, probably won’t last anyways, just being honest telling it like it is, for their sake

THE WALLPAPER IS GREAT HERE.5 Star Wallpaper1 Star Drinks1/2 Star Attitude & Skill of BartendersWe were waiting for an outdoor table.They don't know how to make regular drinks like "Bloody Mary" or "Vodka Cran." I have to tell you, we were 4 women + 1 man, 40's - 50's, variety of jobs and personalities. out of 5 of us it took them half an hour to pull two lagers and make 4 cocktails which was 6 because 2 had to be sent back they were so bad, a sazarac & a specialty "vodka stinger" with cucumber vodka? are you kidding me? this IS still Arkansas, the drink tasted like a zoo. the bloody Mary tasted like a mcribb. candy sweet. I asked for a lager, they gave me seltzer, I had to ask 3 times. I was last in line so I had seen all the faces. The one of our group who was given the bbqsyrup & vodka liked the 7minute Huckleberry lemonade, she drank both of those the rest of us switched to water. I mean are you kidding me. get the basics. FASTER. oh and the drinks were like $18 each with taxes and gratuity. the bartenders were both rude to everyone I saw them interact with. I guess it was just after lunch rush or something.

Bartender seemed put off with us, but sure why. Only ordered two drinks. Probably nice area to watch a ball game with the big TV, but not to just chill with a drink.

Very wonderful service and $9 cocktails were decently spiked at the price. The bartender made us the huckleberry lemonade with St Germaines that were delicious. Could use some more Whiskey selection but amazing cocktail bar. Game room was fun as well.
