Absolutely Outstanding and Devine a total experience… like going to Europe but only a 40 min drive from Bentonville.
Celebrated here: friends, romance, wedding, anniversary, birthday or if you need a vacation but only have an evening. Absolutely everything was truly special and a culinary masterpiece… thank you Donna and Brandon and crew!!! *************
Amazing!
This is a totally immersive culinary experience. I would consider myself a “foodie” and “picky” but these tasting menus push you to try experience and LOVE their amazing food from interactive s’mores with pot de crème to these potatoes that I could eat the entire batch. Totally worth the experience and definitely a memory maker! I am almost scared to post because I don’t want to miss my spot when we come back!

Le Stick Nouveau in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, offers a memorable dining experience with a focus on thoughtful, locally sourced ingredients. The menu includes creative dishes such as a Waldorf salad with Granny Smith apples, butternut squash soup with crème fraiche and melon seed dust, and a palate cleanser with raspberry and cardamom sorbet. The main course, Thanksgiving dinner, is made with "elf magic and angel tears" and features a heavenly turkey with pretzel bread stuffing. Dessert is a butter cake with pumpkin spice ice cream. The restaurant provides exceptional service, with staff attentive yet unobtrusive. The atmosphere is warm, eclectic, and art-inspired, creating a very romantic setting with soft lighting and music. Each course is carefully explained, and wine pairings are recommended and offered with tasting samples. The six-course tasting menu lasts about two hours and is paced thoughtfully, emphasizing quality over speed. The chef owner, Donna, is very welcoming and personally ensures guests are comfortable. Many dishes are made in-house, including unique touches like pickled watermelon rind, adding extra thoughtfulness. The presentation is beautiful, and the flavors are well-balanced, turning even seafood lovers into fans. Overall, Le Stick Nouveau is a culinary destination that delights with its flavors and provides a refined, yet inviting, experience worth visiting in Eureka Springs.
