Food, presentation and service are all impeccable. An evening at Le Stick is much more than a meal, it is an dining experience.

Here's the Diehl.... Another year, another unforgettable Thanksgiving at Le Stick Nouveau in charming Eureka Springs, Arkansas! Course 1: Waldorf salad with Granny Smith apples - because, you know, we need something healthy before indulging in total deliciousness. Course 2: Butternut squash soup with crème fraiche and melon seed dust - because regular butternut squash soup is just too basic for us. ‍. And the melon dust was quiet the topic of conversation . Apparently it killed a coffee grinder but the table next to us was obsessed with it.... OMG say melon dust one more time Course 3: Palate cleanser with raspberry and cardamom sorbet - because every meal needs a dramatic plot twist. I could dive into a bowl if it daily Course 4: Thanksgiving dinner made with elf magic and angel tears . A heavenly turkey that was unlike any poultry I've ever tried and a pretzel bread stuff... yes pretzel bread stuff. It's as good as it sounds - I mean, who knew elves and angels were such great chefs? Course 5: Dessert - butter cake with pumpkin spice ice cream. We only eat dessert because it's illegal not to. Now, as the night winds down, someone please guide me to bed while I drift off with visions of Le Stick's oneiric courses dance in my dreams. Thank you, Le Stick Nouveau, for yet another Thanksgiving memory(3rd time) that fills hearts with warmth and souls with gratitude. Your culinary artistry enchants the boundaries of flavors! #LeStickIt #EurekaSprings #ThanksgivingLove #CulinaryMagic #heresthediehl #jamesbeard #jamesbearsawards #foodindustry #foodie #gourmet #foodart #gastronomy We should bring them to #okc. I think they need a closer location to home

The absolute best service imaginable! The food was superb! The new location is so much roomier with lots of parking right next to the building. I love this place and will definitely make plans to visit again.Parking: Right next to the building.

Very nice outing for the evening. Small, intimate environment, delicious fixed menu. Would recommend.

Super cool experience. My wife and I went for a nice date night out. It was cool to not pick our food and the wine pairing done by Andrew was nearly perfect. Give it a try for

Dinner was simply amazing…And while the food was great, the service is what made the experience for us.We are in town eloping this week with our 1.5 year old. Being that we aren’t from here we had no one to watch our toddler so I called to ask if it was okay if we brought him. They had no problem with him coming and said I could even bring him in something to eat. Every single member of the staff was amazing with him. They brought him toys out that their kids play with when they are there. They kept bringing different ones out for him throughout dinner, so much so that we joked about he gets “his own 6 courses but with toys”.I’ve been to higher end restaurants and I usually feel a little bit judge when we have to bring our toddler. But this was not the case here. They all acted like he was their own, which won my mom heart over. I would recommend this place 10x over.

What a place! I was worried about the menu? Should never even thought about it. Donna made the Lamb Meatballs remarkable besides the rest of the dinner. Not sure if this wasn't one of her best!! Thank you Donna and staff for a remarkable evening!

Too pretentious for the quality. We got wine but only a glass each. Waiter gave recommendation and it was perfect. Food was okay for course 1 and 2. Soup was really good. Pear sorbet for intermezzo had some spice to it that made it not great. Tuna main was fresh but my friend didn't like the flavor so we switched. I was okay with it but quality of fish (tartare) was not great so stringy. Lamb meatballs very good but a lot little more sauce which had lots of flavor. Owner/,chef came out but then told us who all the diners were (anniversaries, visiting from other states etc.) I'm a private person and wasn't happy about it and didn't care why everyone was there. Spend more time on the food prep.

We will never forget this lovely 6 course culinary and sensory experience! It all started when Andrew met us a few steps outside of the front door, and then Tony gave us the most heartfelt welcome. Koby and Andrew brought out plate after plate and glass after glass of the most unbelievable food and spirits. Chef/Owner Donna is such a talented creator with just the most joyful energy and we completely loved this experience along with the other diners celebrating special times or just another great Friday night on the planet. We appreciated so much everyone working in the kitchen, too. This wonderful time is on replay in our minds. Many thanks for an unforgettable evening!!!Parking: great

If I could rate 10/5 stars, I would. My fiance and I celebrated my birthday here and everything about the whole experience was absolutely amazing. The staff and service were wonderful and the food was phenomenal. This was genuinely the best meal I've ever had. We can't wait to come back!

Food: some wonderful but some not. Pear intermezzo had a spice (cinnamon or nutmeg?) That detracted. Tuna tartare was huge disappointment. Tuna was fresh but stringy. There was flavoring that wasn't good. My dining companion disliked it and switched for my lamb. Lamb was fine but no knock your socks off. A little more sauce would have made it much better. Wine was outstanding.I didn't care that other diners were there on anniversaries or visiting from other states. I am a private person and don't appreciate sharing my personal information with a bunch of strangers. I will skip this restaurant next visit

Hands down our fav for over 4 yrs. A foodies dream but not so stuffy that you feel out of place. The Le Stick team provides the epitome of service and going the extra mile like recognizing celebrations in special ways, greeting each table, and making you feel like family. Their progressive tasting menu and wine pairings were absolute perfection, timed perfectly, explained in detail, all with a relaxed atmosphere. Worth every penny, second only to my experience at The French Laundry. Don’t sleep on this! We’ve never regretted our multiple trips and can’t wait to return.

If I had to sum up this dining experience in one word it would have to be “fabulous”This isn’t just a nice dinner out, it truly is an experience. The care and thought that goes into every aspect of the evening is evident. The atmosphere, the service, and dear god the amazing flavors… I can’t say enough to give them appropriate praise. Worth every penny. Just do it.

Amazing meal with the perfect wine pairings for each course. I will dream about that salad, cold zucchini soup, and the compressed watermelon dessert with balsamic reduced blueberries! Everything and everyone was perfect!Vegetarian options: They accommodated my shellfish allergy, and that I don’t eat beef or pork! I had amazing truffle fries, and my entree was the best vegetarian entree I’ve ever had….vegetable Wellington!
