What a fun place! Loved the artwork on the walls, the close knit space. We got there about 10am on a Saturday and the place was almost full.I got the veggie garlic grits. They were uniquely made and quite good!My husband got the biscuit and gravy plate. The biscuits were denser than we are used to, but delicious with the sausage gravy. We also had to try a delicious, plain pancake. It was delicious!I especially loved the coffee, which had free refills all day until 3. What a bargain!

We had an excellent breakfast here! I recommend sitting at the bar- best spot in the house. My dining mates enjoyed the free coffee refills so we stayed for a while. I ordered the Croak Madame and it was marvelous. We had a great time talking to the ladies behind the bar.

Sooo delicious! Small joint so not the best for large groups. Bacon was perfection. Drip coffee was fantastic. Enjoyed The Croak and the Mud St Breakfast. Breakfast potatoes were delicious. Really beautiful space too.

Absolutely the best experience with Margo, Hey You (Amanda), and Kate. They were more than accommodating and offered top notch customer service going over-and-beyond to ensure our experience was the best. We will be back time and time again! We met Jay while here and he is lovely! Just a wonderful team here at Mud Street Annex!

My husband and I were visiting from South Carolina and we were looking for local places to dine while in Eureka Springs. We found Mud Street Cafe Annex through google and it did not disappoint. The service and the food were aces, this place is truly a gem. We came in late from travel and were welcomed in heartily, even though it was late and closer to closing than preferred. The stand-outs were their sour cream pancake and their parmesan-encrusted cauliflower.

Food was cold upon receiving, portion size of potato’s were unacceptable, only 3 or 4 spoonfuls as most. Boxes food arrived in was also wet. Will not be going back. Price of food compared to quality is not up to par.

The food was delicious, and I can't stop thinking about the coffee ❤️ Try the alpine white mocha and the Reese's mocha. Both are incredibly sweet and tasty. The portions were pretty large. The only downside was the wait time. Breakfast is served here all day, so we decided to wait for seats instead of going to the main location where breakfast is over around noon. It's pretty cramped in the building, but there is a small bathroom, which is nice.

Great breakfast choices. I had the chef's scramble sans the black olives for me, added sausage. My wife had the "Croak" Madame. The bold coffee was to our liking. Atmosphere was cramped.

Just okay food, poor/unfriendly service. The staff is constantly overwhelmed and extremely short with you. Food is cold and mediocre when it finally comes out.
