Need to update your website, Wednesday it says you should have been open at 9 but at 9:15 not a soul in sight.
This place it a cute little "hole in the wall" style of eatery. It kind of blends in with the shops as you walk along Spring St. My partner and I were looking for a place we could eat breakfast and happenstanced upon this place. It is tiny. There 6 tables in there with 14 available places for people to sit among them.
The shop was run by two very friendly ladies. One made the drinks and the other cooked. I don't think there is enough space that they could even add another employee to help them if they desired. They were overwhelmed busy as many people would come in and order beverages to go. They had to pause taking tables for a while so they could catch up.
The food tasted good. We didn't get anything fancy so it was a pretty standard breakfast fare. It was rather high prices for not a lot of food. We were hungry within a couple of hours after eating. We were also here for 90 min to 2 hours as it took a while for them to get everything to us.
Overall it was a nice experience. The staff was friendly despite the constant hustle and the atmosphere was cute enough for us to not mind our wait.
Dietary restrictions: They do carry a gluten-free bread that they can toast or do as french toast. I think this is fine for anyone sensitive but I don't know that it would work for someone with an allergy as there is most likely cross-contamination.

Closed on a Saturday, based on Google Maps it should have been open and there are no hours posted on the store front or any posting regarding the closure.
S L O W. Saturday morning, people waiting outside, and the Trunchbull's on the grill cooking one plate at a time, moving like molasses. Food was decent and waitress was going as fast as large Marge would allow, but don't go there if you're not interested in a dining experience. Over 2 hours end to end.

The food (quiche, strawberry salad, & yogurt) was delicious: both to my palate and my eyes! Family owned. Has a charming feel! Coffee was good (iced latte) …. and I am picky about my coffee! Heading there again tomorrow morning!

Was closed randomly last time I went, nothing online but thankfully another place downtown had breakfast available, the one time I have gone it was wonderful! Their Lilah Breakfast burrito was mouthwatering and very filling! I just would also recommend Eureka Springs Coffee, Breakfast, and Burgers as their food was amazing when Nibbles was closed.

Stopped in for a late breakfast this morning. Cannot say enough about how wonderful this little gem is!!! The cappuccino were so absolutely delicious. Then our food came out! So fresh..so yummy & so beautifully presented. The best eggs benny I've had in a very long time. My guy had the French toast & it was delicious. Will definitely make this a stop on every trip to Eureka Springs! FIVE STARS! 🥰🥰

We loved our meal at Nibbles. The food was wonderful. Quiche of the day was blue crab and damn it was good. We also had the eggs benedict which were perfectly cooked. The staff was so friendly. The highlight of the meal was getting to chitchat with them. If I lived in town I'd eat there as often as I could! Expect to wait a bit because the space itls tiny, but so worth it.

Great place for breakfast! They know how to make coffee the Seattle way. I had the Breakfast burrito and it was delicious I loved the sausage in it. Very tasty. They were willing to accommodate gluten allergies.
