Service with a smile here! This was our last stop while in town for the weekend. I loved the burgers more than other places here. So delicious! and the fries! Crispy. A buddy and I ate here yesterday. We were blown away by how clean and organized the restaurant was. The staff was great also. Besides all that, the food was in our opinion the best fast casual food we've ever eaten. The wagyu burger was the best I've ever had. The fries were perfect. Please go eat here if you are in Eureka.

The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean! The smashburger was excellent although I asked for extra crispy bacon and it was not extra crispy. I know sometimes folks are challenged by that not to overcook it. The french fries were fantastic. I love the location and it has an outside porch as well

There isn't much selection. That said, the burger is a good quality beef, which is nice. The patty is a thinner 'smashburger' style, I'd go for the double. The bun is a brioche and was decent. Nothing really stood out to me to be honest. Pretty decent burger for fast food style, but not good enough for restaurant quality in my opinion. The restaurant is a fast food style, to be fair. The fries are hand cut and pretty decent, fried in beef tallow I believe (not sure), but I'd like to see a lawrys or blackened seasoning on them. They could be better, but great for fast food style. For fast food, you've got to have a combo though in my opinion, which Pauly's doesn't do. The branding and packaging is nice and feels pretty classy, I really like their packaging. The gelato (I tried 3 and bought 3 others) was super underwhelming. The flavors are strong and unique but also somewhat...meh. Overall, I can't say I will be back, but I am glad I tried it.

Killer burger spot. This was our first visit and they brought the A game. Super friendly and helpful staff, and unbelievably good burgers. Simple menu of only a few items, but they do what they do exceedingly well. Melty, juicy and quick burgers on a great bun. Hot and crispy fries. Top notch, will make a regular stop when we are in town.

Expensive? Yea....
Worth it??? Absolutely! It can't be an every week occurrence for us but once in awhile its definitely worth it.
Grilled onion burgers and hand cut fries with garlic aioli were SO good! Fresh and fast.

In town for a few and wanted a late night burger. Simple but decent. Tried Pauly's. Wow. Bread was excellent. Great balance of veggies and meat. Lotsa onion which I love. Wife had a cheeseburger, mine was without. She was impressed. We have some good burger places in San Antonio. This goes to the top.

The silence at our table while we ate spoke volumes. We ordered 2 pauly’s melts and 2 onion burgers and fries. All of it was great. The girl at the register taking orders was knowledgeable and when we asked about a couple of our obscure food allergies (nightshades, and sunflower oil), she went and got the oil bottle so I could read it myself and brought the recipe binder out so we could see what was in the sauces. The food took a normal amount of time to come out for fast food burgers and it was nice and hot and fresh! Place was clean too. Overall, a great experience and a great meal!
