We were in the mood for icecream, and this popped up being only a mile away. I got the pineapple fruit cup, my husband got blueberry cheesecake in a cone. They were both delicious! We've already decided we are going back tomorrow! Highly recommend!

We stopped by on our first day of vacation and the owner is the sweetest man EVER!! His customer service is beyond amazing. He made us feel very welcomed and we left feeling so happy. If you're looking for a gluten free, dairy free desert there Dole whips are a big winner. Along with there huckleberry icecream being amazing. We fully plan on going back before we leave town!!

So delicious! I'm glad this food truck is in Eureka Springs this summer, I'll definitely be back. I have a dairy allergy and their dole whips are dairy free! The pineapple one tastes just like I remember in Disney World.

we were in town to visit friends and they suggested Pineapple Paradise, a new food truck in Eureka Springs...and we are wowed! hubby and I had the Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich and it was SO good! the chicken was delicious and not overcooked, it was perfect...we also had the Tropical Sunrise drink, which was amazing! he had a Strawberry Dole Whip and I had the Orange Dole Whip, and just, WOW! the flavor was so intense, you know like you used to get back in the 60's and 70's when they made food/drinks with real flavor! this is a hidden gem and we will DEFINITELY be going back next time we're in town again! oh, and the owner is so friendly and sincerely interested in you having a great experience...I recommend this little piece of heaven...they don't have an extensive menu, but what they do have is outstanding!
