Waiter brought drinks but not menus. Had to get my own menu. Ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks. One pizza and the breadsticks came to the table. The 2nd pizza was never brought out and the waiter never came back to the table. Had to go to the counter to ask for our bill and they seemed surprised when we didn't want to pay for the 2nd pizza. One person claimed they made it, but said someone must have taken it out on a delivery. There were only 3 tables of people in the whole restaurant so there's no excuse as to why the service was so horrible.

This was our second time here. The first time, we waited forever for our food, but the service was good. That was last year.
Well we were back in town for another football game and wanted that classic Pizza Hut feel. When we walked in, the sign said Please Wait to Be Seated, so we did. That took a few minutes—not a big deal.
Once we were seated, the waitress seemed really spaced out. There were five of us, but she completely skipped one of our drink orders. When we tried to explain, it was like she didn’t even comprehend what we were saying. A few minutes later, she brought out the drinks but somehow added a diet one in there. She was using an order pad, so I’m not sure where the miscommunication came from.
She then asked if we were ready to order, but we hadn’t even received menus. She ended up bringing the menus along with the drink she forgot the first time, but by then, we had already decided what we wanted without them.
Then we waited... and waited... and waited. Close to an hour after we had walked in, my husband finally went to ask about our order. The two other tables had already gotten theirs. The guy in the back was super nice and said the order wasn’t in the system. The waitress came up and said the system had deleted it. My husband made a comment, and she got snippy, basically saying he was wrong. (I didn’t hear the whole exchange since I was still at the table with the kids.)
The guy then told us the order would be on the house and put it in right away. During the entire time we were waiting, the waitress never once checked on us until she brought out the pizzas. My daughter asked for a refill, and the waitress only took her cup—even though it was obvious that all of ours were empty and watered down. When she brought my daughter’s cup back, my husband asked for refills for himself and me. She got huffy, threw her arms out like it was an inconvenience, and when she finally did them, she just poured the new drinks over the old watery ice. Our two youngest never got refills at all.
This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had anywhere. The pizza was delicious, but that doesn’t make up for the service. And it wasn’t even busy—just a few other people came in after us, and one group actually left before us. The kitchen was busy with to-go orders, so at first, we thought that was why ours was taking so long... but apparently, it was “deleted.”

I came to get a cold drink from Pizza Hut. Because I didn’t wanna walk half a mile to the gas station from my motel room. The young man that helped me politely said they weren’t open yet. He bought my drink for me.! That was so nice of him to go above and beyond for me. Thank you young man/ sorry I didn’t catch your name. You made my day sir by your kind gesture.

It took over 30 minutes to get our pizza. I had a salad that I got for myself I got the silver and plates myself. I got condiments myself. No one check on our table. They did give us a discount but all they had was excuses

After entering was told to pick any table I wanted, after sitting down I waited for almost 15min and no one came to wait on me. Walked up front to ask if I ordered up there, and lady said she’d come to my table. Took over half an hour just to order my drink. Service is ungodly slow, and I overheard the waitress talking to another group and she stated the kitchen messed up their order. Place wasn’t even that busy, only four tables had customers seated. When order finally came it was wrong. Poor waitress was running the whole restaurant by herself, seemed horribly understaffed.
Eureka Springs Pizza Hut. Terrible service, waitress had an attitude, cheese sticks were overcooked, the carbonation of the pop was off and the waitress said she couldn’t do anything about it. Taralyn was my waitress on 7/28/25 @ 4:27 p.m. The only reason I left her a tip is because she checked me out, and I didn’t want to deal with another eye roll like she gave me earlier!

My favorite pizza place! I love the stuffed crust with Italian sausage on one half, and pepperoni on the other half. We always order and drive in to pick it up. We have tried pizza and other places in town, only to be disappointed that we didn't order that particular night from our local Pizza Hut. We tend to eat some, and freeze the rest and eat it a few days later. It freezes well. The staff are very friendly. And the parking is ample and free!!!
I’d never been to a Pizza Hut before and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the experience. It’s clear the business is struggling to stay afloat with few workers and not many locations, but the food I got (wings and some pizza) was delicious and mouth watering and insanely impressive. It’s rare that pizza based places get other food right! We were one of two families there so it was a little eerie but very relaxing. Its very classic in there with what probably is the same type of interior that it would’ve had back in the day (though I am to young to reminisce). This location was one I probably visit only once because I was on vacation but it’s inspired me to give Pizza Hut in my area a chance!
