“This place is awesome with very good pretzels and a really kind and respectable owner. It is simply not hard to read signs and be a respectful customer so I believe all of the bad reviews are from people who can't read signs and follow requests from the owner which are clearly shown on the door, and from those who can't get over their ego. 100% recommend getting a pretzel with cheese sauce it is so good.“
