I was so excited to place an order after seeing the awesome reviews.. just to get totally screwed over!!! It was my son’s 4th birthday party and I made an order for a custom cake and cupcakes a MONTH in advance. We had the date set and everything. I even messaged her 5 days before the party and she confirmed the date. SHE HAS COMPLETELY IGNORED ME since. I messaged her several times on the day of pick up and NO RESPONSE. She still has yet to give me any kind of explanation? Nothing. I can’t believe this happened to me on the DAY OF my son’s party and we were left with no time to prepare. I’m so disappointed and can’t believe how unprofessional someone can be.
