GreT atmosphere and great bartender!

Greeter was lost. Took 15 minutes to get seated even though two tables were already cleaned off and ready to go. Pizza was okay, but under done by quite a bit. Then they ran out of pizza boxes and the server expected me to stack the pieces three high in a to go box. Ended up with 7 to go boxes instead, having to go get them and take care of it myself. At $30 a pizza I expected pretty much better everything, but especially service. If you're staying at the hotel, do yourself a favor and order delivery.

Only impressive thing was the view. We were able to be seated right away outside. I requested a menu from waitress who never brought it. We did get our drinks without napkins. She never introduced herself or checked on us again. We got up to leave and paid at the bar. Gratuity is already added, watch out for that. We were not planning to leave a tip. The inside seatting area is so run down, all dark and dirty. Not impressed at all.

This place was really nice specially if sitting on the balcony, the view was great and the pizza was good.

You do not have to eat here to get a good view of christ the redeemer. Everything looked and smelled amazing. We just had other plans.

Thought it was going to be an awesome experience but it was far from that!!! We wanted to grab a pizza but was told it takes over an hour to get a pizza, so my wife and I got a Caesar salad and when it arrived it was warm with very little dressing on it, and to top it off no matter how big your party is they charge you a gratuity charge and the wait staff is in no hurry to serve you!!! Very disappointing!!!!

Wonderful everything! The pizza is large enough to cover a large family! Loved it all!!

Me and my bf decided to go here since we were hungry and it was one of the only places still open besides McDonald’s. We decided to give it a shot even though it was a little pricey for us and I gotta say overall it was pretty disappointing. The place was crowded but I didn’t see a single person have food at their table. The wait for the food was absolutely ridiculous and I’m a little surprised that the waitress didn’t mention the wait when we ordered. We had to wait over an hour and a half to get our food ans when I got my food the cheese on my pizza was hard to chew. It felt like I had to fight with my food to eat it. I feel like for the wait I had and the price the cheese on the pizza should have been melted properly. The dough while homemade was nothing special and I genuinely have made better pizza crust at home. Over all I would not choose to eat here again. Sometimes I would get a bite of my pizza where I could see what the hype was about but for the most part it was very bland and disappointing.

The Sky Bar could be a wonderful place and most of the people are really sweet and nice, but my goodness, the rip off. I went there with my friend for dinner and she ordered a caesar salad and the server offered to put chicken on it. I ordered chicken alfredo. My meal didn't come out until she was already finished with hers and the server kept walking past and being increasingly insanely jokey about my meal definitely coming out at some point this year. After my friend had finished her meal, the server came out just laughed and laughed and laughed and told me that she had just found my meal in the kitchen. It was cold, of course. When our bill came, the server threw a minor fit that we wanted separate checks but not too bad. The chicken on my friend's salad, two little strips, had been an upcharge of $10. The best part was that after all of this, they added their own tip onto the bill. I love the Crescent Hotel but I'll never eat the Sky bar again.

The food was good, but the wait time was roughly 45 minutes and there was an unexpected 18% gratuity charge added to the bill. It made our 24$ pizza into a 41$ meal. I would have been less upset if I knew about it going in.

This is always my go to place to eat when in town. This last time I had a really nice and professional young lady serving us. I wish I knew her name she deserves a raise, she was short and Spanish American. Great lady !!!!

Other than the 2yr old seated at the table next to us, my wife and I LOVED it. Great drinks, bangin pizza! And the wait staff is spectacular!

Visited Tuesday, Dec 10, around 3PM, our server was very knowledgeable about the bar and our food came out very quickly. We both agreed that the pizza was some of the best we've ever had.
When another table sat near us, I wanted to steal him for my restaurant, he was knowledgeable with us but moreso with a table that had many more questions than we did about drinks and bar inquiries and he handled it *perfectly*
Boxing our leftovers up was so easy thanks to our server asking if we wanted a box of cardboard or Styrofoam, that question elevated our dining experience as tourists during the off season
Tldr food was awesome server knows his shit, this spot was perfect for a post-massage meal if you need to take the amazing pizza home
