The food was pretty good, just not as good as I thought it would be with all that hype from the reviews. Our server, she wasn't the best, very slow service from her and not that friendly.

Jennifer was our waitress. She was great at suggesting what to order. I had the ribeye and it had a great flavor and very tender. The mashed potatoes and asparagus was great as well.It was my birthday dinner so she gave me a dessert of choice. I got the cheesecake. Mmmmm delish!! Go see her. Your experience will be amazing. Oh

This place is so great. I wouldn't call it romantic, but it's certainly quirky and fun. It has an Irish pub vibe and there's a snug if you're lucky enough to get seated there. We were seated in the lounge, which has very interesting paintings and large windows that show the grotto surrounding the building. The lounge was pretty crowded so we were shocked to discover all the other beautiful dining rooms. If you can, walk around and take a look. See if you can pick your favorite spot. There are so many choices. Jennifer, our server, was fabulous. She had great recommendations for things to do and we had some good laughs with her. My only complaint is that the good wasn't so great. I ordered the seafood casserole. The flavors were perfect, but the shrimp and scallops were overcooked and rubbery. The creme brulee is served in a cup that is too deep, so you don't get enough crunchy top. Also, it was extremely lumpy. Gross. The mashed potatoes and the warm bread were fabulous.
