We get into town once or twice a year, then we LIVE at this place. This food is a pampered vacation on a plate. It's not a fancy place, very unassuming, but it's got such a spirit about it. When your stressful world is in your rear view for a few days and you want a meal to match that feeling of freedom, this is where you need to be. Slow down, taste your food, hang a while. You'll feel this.

Who knew such a charming , friendly, and relaxing restaurant was waiting for us at the top of a random metal stairway on Main St… We found this comfortable establishment right after our 4 hour drive to Eureka Springs for the weekend! A nice surprise, great sandwiches, fries, a white wine for my wife and a delicious Old Fashioned Bourbon for me. Waitress was delightful, we could have stayed, relaxing and drinking the afternoon away!

First and last time for us. The drinks we ordered for lunch tasted worse than any other place I’ve been! I read the reviews and thought “heck yeah” to the drinks but it’s not at all accurate in my opinion!

We stopped in without a reservation and were told it’d be about a 30-minute wait. Totally fine. The hostess said she needed her iPad to take our name… and then just never came back with it.
When we asked about sitting at the bar (which had open seats), she said those were “for people with reservations.” I’ve never heard of reserved barstools before, but okay. We asked if we could get drinks while waiting and she said the bartender might not make us drinks if he “didn’t have time.” Not exactly the warm hospitality you expect in Eureka Springs.
After the wait, without asking, she finally sat us outside, in 50-degree weather, at the same time as another couple with a baby. We hadn’t discussed patio seating, so it felt like a strange choice. At that point, we decided to just order drinks and head out because it was too cold to enjoy a meal.
Our waiter was great and doing his best running between chilly tables, but the hostess set the tone for the whole experience.
The food may be wonderful, but between the confusion, the lack of awareness, and being seated in the cold, we didn’t stay long enough to find out.
We came by here as returning customers. We decided to try it again after a not so pleasant experience last time. This is my experience today!
Entry: 1245ish: first impressions is that one server knew what was actually happening and he couldn’t do it by himself. The other servers looked unhealthy and the sight of someone struggling to breath and trying to hide it but there was no hiding it, as the bar is in the center of the place! I’m not being ugly or rude. I was there to eat not be reminded why drugs and cigarettes are bad for our Health. While there: The place is not new and I understand that but when there is black gunk around the walls and the door handle to enter is slimmy and the door jam is black and shiny, it made me wonder. We sat down and there was food trash all around my feet. I get it but if staff was that unbusy, why was I moving fries On the floor so I didn’t step on them. The food was fair but not worth the price in any way!!!
The exit DO NOT USE THE RESTROOM HERE!!!! Use the public space down tbe street it’s cleaner and that is not much!!!! I almost left with tp stuck to my shoe and nearly missed it lol I felt sick after visiting the bathroom and hearing a commode flush on the other side and a kitchen employee, I left out begin him, left with no sound of running water!! Dude legit looked half dirty with long nappy hair and then not washing his hands, I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN wouldn’t take anyone here!
IMO Do better owners as this needs reporting by someone, as it’s not fair we paid good money for sub par and left feeling unsure of the quality of our food.

I should have went for a burger, but if I see a lobster roll, I’m going for that every time. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either, especially for $33. The service was great. I chose to sit by the window and being a nice November day was a great choice.

Food was amazing, as were the mocktails. Our server, Byron, was delightful. He was friendly, prompt, kind, and made lots of great suggestions for places to visit on our trip. The location is lovely. Highly recommend if you’re in Eureka Springs.

My wife and I came here to split an entree for dinner and have a couple cocktails. We shared the salmon, which was amazing. We sat at the bar, and John the bartender took great care of us. Our drinks were amazing, and John was very attentive and friendly. This was our favorite restaurant/bar that we’ve been to in eureka springs, and we will definitely be back next time we’re in town.
