Three Bird Cafe is a cute restaurant away from the downtown bustle. I enjoyed the best Huevos Rancheros with Chorizo in my life. I loved that they offer gluten-free options as well. We went on a Saturday around noon and did not have to wait long at all. I also appreciate that the waiters are well informed on what items they have available since they are a made to order type of restaurant. Very warm and welcoming. I hope I get to go back one more time before we leave town!
Wanted something kind of special for my birthday wasn’t really hungry, but I wish I had came with the appetite as their menu looks divine, but had a cup of the best coffee I’ve had anywhere around in the absolute drop dead best chocolate cake ever it is a vegan chocolate cake, which I don’t know much about vegan however, all I can tell you it’s better than any cake I’ve ever put in my mouth ever so happy birthday to me and I definitely would recommend and will be going...
You can tell the owners care about the quality of food they are serving. I had the smoked Gouda grits and let me tell you, you have never had grits this flavorful! I have never tasted anything like them. The hummingbird bake was fresh, sweet, and delicious!
