Our favorite place to stay in Eureka Springs! My husband and I have traveled many times to Eureka Springs, Arkansas in the past 40 years. Our current favorite place to stay is Twilight Terrace. It’s within walking distance of downtown, but secluded. It has the best shower of any accommodation we’ve ever stayed. Nicely decorated. Balcony overlooking the woods. Comfy bed, a gas fireplace, big thick towels and a kitchen stocked with simple items to make our stay more pleasant. Our needs and wants of what we are looking for in lodging have changed through the years, and we’ve found this to be a great place to relax!

We booked one of the two apartments (not sure what to call it) through Air BnB, and we were so pleased with everything. It is decorated to perfection, comfortable, stocked with care, clean and great location. The property manager is great and provides details regarding parking, and ensured we had everything we needed. This was our 3rd time to ES and the best place we have stayed. We will definitely stay again. Word of warning, there are stairs because it is actually under the street level. In addition, we had somebody watching us load our car who also checked our car doors while we were packing back up to leave. The person was looking to steal so stay aware. Other than that, I felt completely safe, even at night.

We had our rehearsal dinner for our son’s wedding here at the Grotto’s Upstairs area. To work with Ryan on a fabulous menu & drink menu was a breath of fresh air! The food- Phenomenal!! The Grotto is our go to place every time we are visiting Eureka Springs!!❤️

It was such an awesome experience the food was delicious, the staff was amazing and nice, I would definitely recommend for a nice dinner and if you’re looking for a great place to host your reception or event!! Ryan was so nice. Just such a wonderful experience. Plus all of our guest loved the food, staff, and atmosphere!!

This is a really cool wedding venue! The owners are great people, and it's a sort of urban lounge type environment for events.
Our waiter was the best! Food was amazing as always!

My husband was invited to play music here in April and we were treated so great, I wish we lived closer because Upstairs at Grotto would definitely be a frequent stop! The staff were all very knowledgeable about their drink and food selection and they took very good care of me while my husband played! The food was fabulous, a nice variety and flavors were robust and savory! Overall great, great, great experience! Love this place and the staff!!

My husband and I had our reception here in September. We were amazed with how awesome Ryan was with tending to our needs! We had so much fun (maybe a little too much)! The place was beautiful and we are still getting compliments on how great the food was! I would recommend the Grotto and the staff over and over again. I am so thankful for them making my wedding a breeze and so beautiful.

Absolutely a fail! Sat at the table for 1 hour waiting for our food only to be told they were out of rib eye steaks. The entire time we were there it was one fiasco after another. Sorry Upstairs Grotto I don't usually do reviews but you need to do better!
