Cool guy brisket was on point, pulled pork bbq was awesome! Just move up here from Texas. I ate bbq as baby food when I was a kid. Pretty sure I know what I’m talking about.

It’s a food truck with a nice roof over picnic tables.I got a great amount of ribs and collard greens. Good food. It’s pricer because it’s not fast food.I’m a big Smokin Joes fan but it’s nice to have a different flavor every now and then.I’ll try something different next time around.Dietary restrictions: Greens are gluten safe for me.

I've been driving past Beau's for a while and finally stopped by to grab some lunch after a friend had told me that they had the best smoked greens they had ever tasted in their life. I got a gumbo special and some greens to go and both dishes were so delicious ? My dad is from New Orleans and makes a pretty mean gumbo but Beau's gumbo was just as good. It had a great, thick and creamy dark roux and the sausage and chicken in it were full of flavor and very soft and moist. The greens were great as well with a lot of flavor. I definitely recommend Beau's!

My husband and I ordered a full rack of ribs with magic greens and Cajun potatoes. The collard greens are the best I’ve ever had. The ribs did not taste like pork as the flavor was so well done! The ribs were large and meaty. There was a nice cool breeze, and it was an enjoyable experience. We plan to come back and get brisket sandwiches! Fantastic BBQ. We still have enough ribs and greens for another meal.

This is the best BBQ in NWA without a question. As someone who has eaten lots of BBQ over the course of the last 20 years, I can also say that it is the absolute best I have ever had myself, anywhere in the country. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with the slaw on top, and a side of the Cajun New Potatoes. Incredible flavor, everything I ordered was unbelievably good. The service was 10/10, Beau is an incredible guy who does BBQ the right way. Overall this experience was awesome, I am so glad I decided to stop by and try it today. I will be back very very soon, this time with as many friends and family as I can haul along with me!!

It may be a small food truck in a gas station parking lot, but you won’t find good bbq like this in any restaurant around here. I’m a chef and I have tried them all. The meat is so tender it doesn’t need sauce but he has you covered with some delicious options if you want sauce. Try the gator sausage! I’m not a sausage fan but dang it is so good! Stop by and get some bbq at Beaus! We are so happy we did while passing through Farmington. It’s a true Diamond in the rough.

A bit out of my way but worth it, brisket's exceptional, great portions, unique flavors but nothing feels forced or experimental. Can't fake skill and experience and you can tell he cares about his craft. I'll be back - once you know about it there's no point in going anywhere else.

Don't let the outward appearance and diminutive size fool you! I've been to MANY bbq restaurants all over God's green earth and this one was easily the best! Our group sampled just about everything on the menu (3/4 of a handwritten page- not a Tolstoy novel) and it was outstanding (meats, sides, gator sausage etc.). The banana cheesecake made us feel like we died and went to heaven. He makes everything himself and sources all of the ingredients locally. The smoker itself is a work of art. If you happen to be in Northwest Arkansas this place needs to be at the top of your list. My only disappointment was that I could NOT find room for improvement - anywhere (I tend to be fairly critical when it comes to dining out). Bon appetit!

I am one of those that if meat is cook right I don't need anything with it, like any kind of sauce. That said the meat is tender and flavored just right! I ate it with none of the other sauces, my mother used the Beau Sauce and loved it too. Also I mention I wasn't a fan of coleslaw or blue cheese. Was offer a taste, and let me say AWESOME! Since I ate the whole meal, I did not get to the Banana Pudding Cheesecake but I am sure it will be just as good. I will definitely be coming back.Oh also the elk link was good.

I'm from Texas so when I tell you this is THE BEST (Uncle LP forgive me ?) BBQ I have EVER HAD you know its for real. This man chops his own wood for Pete's sake! The french fries are so unique & delicious, the sauce is PER-FECTION, and I may start making extra trips to see my family just to come 800 miles for a sandwich. ? GO SEE THIS MAN!

Im bringing all my foodie friends The Magic Greens are my favorite side... most the time.. beans are so good just sweet enough to wonder is that maple syrup??? Blue cheese slaw who does that?The pulled pork is succulent & a well rounded smoky flavor. The Sausage, Ribs, brisket all so outstanding and I dont usually eat brisket..? The Passion this man has for food-meat is obvious in his cooking and his eyes as he shares his love of fine food! When it comes to barbecue, Beau's of Farmington has the treasure in Northwest Arkansas!
