Met the grandkids for breakfast! Thought they were a restaurant but it ismore like a bakery with some breakfast items like egg cheese and meat on croissant and sausage rolls.. mainly sweet pastries, pies & cakes. It was delicious! Lovely ladies served us our breakfast treats. The kids including my hubbie loved the cake 🎂 🥮 🍥 we went back for lunch and that was off the menu and we enjoyed it also. A great community restaurant with baked fresh breads too☆ i hope they get lots of business!

I placed an online order with Briar Rose Bakery and when I got home, a full dozen cinnamon rolls were missing. Mistakes happen—but what matters is how a business handles them.
I called, and the owner personally came out to deliver the missing order himself. That level of accountability and care is rare these days.
Great food is one thing, but great service like that is what really stands out. You’ve got to appreciate a place that takes care of its people. I’ll definitely be back.

While visiting my husband's college town, he brought me to this quaint but bustling bakery. From a small whimsical entrance and the decor to the variety of baked goods to the impeccable service we received, this place blew me away. We only had a couple days here but I had to come back for breakfast more than once to try more things. Their famous cinnamon rolls are huge! Their croissants are both flaky and fluffy! And those are just 2 things I had to try there. Definitely a must stop if you are ever in Northwest Arkansas.

The food is pretty good, but the service leaves room for improvement. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in. I greeted them. Then I stood at the counter for several minutes making eye contact with at least 6 girls that weren't appearing to do anything before one asked if I'd been helped.
The gentleman the came in after me, and was helped first, even mentioned that I was there first and apologized, but this still didn't illicit any help from any employee. Very strange feeling for such a popular place.

Love this place for their cinnamon rolls and their breakfast sandwich sandwiches.
The sign caught my eye…Best Cinnamon Rolls in NWA. That is a bold claim so we had to give it a try. It did not disappoint. We also tried a bacon, egg and cheese croissant which was yummy too. The atmosphere was unique and the staff friendly. And Saturday around 9:30 am is busy but not a long wait.

Placed a doordash pickup order, waited for an hour and it was never confirmed. Went in and talked to the staff, told me it should be available at the pickup soon. Waited another 30 minutes and they still never even confirmed.
Never received my food and had to cancel my order.
