no stars! i would not give them your business. I went to Dairy Queen tonight just 15 minutes before closing, and although they were still open, I was really disappointed with the quality of my order. I ordered fries and honey bbq chicken, and by the time I got home (less than 2 minutes away), both were already cold. It's frustrating to pay for food that isn't fresh, especially when you're still within business hours. I understand it’s close to closing time, but customers should still get food that’s properly prepared and hot. I will not be back.

This place stunk! It smelled like an old theater that hadn't had the floors cleaned in 20 years. The food was luke warm, the long uncovered facial hair in the food prep area is nasty, nearly all if the tables and booths were filthy and hadn't been cleaned. The best part was the piping hot French fries.

Went thru the drive thru and waited there ten minutes. I ordered a large smores blizzard and finally get it and for some reason she tips it over upside down and hands it to me. IT WAS DRIPPING ALL OVER THE SIDES OF IT! After getting an attitude she gives me a bunch of napkins. Why would she tip if upside down like that with no lid?! Yall don't give lids?!! I don't ever go to Dairy Queen and thought I would try it. BIG $8 MISTAKE. NEVER AGAIN.
Food is not hot when it comes out. Order took 20 minutes for 4 people because the drive-through was busy (their excuse). They served over 10 cars while we waited inside for our food. There were 2 cars in the drive-through when we went inside and ordered. Finally went up after a 30 minute wait and asked for and received our money back. Do not recommend for any food items.

The food was alright for a quick bite. At the time, It was the only fast food establishment that wasn't busy. However, The restaurant lobby was filthy with trash on the floors and tables. The condiment station was low on supplies and was made aware with little motivation to restock. The bathroom...... 🤢!! Now, I asked if they were busy prior to our arrival and was told NO. Therefore, uncleaniness wasn't due to a rush. If you have worked in Fast Food, You know rush hour that a restaurant gets messy and needs a reset. This wasn't the case here!!! The food was hot and meh...... The service provided was nonchalant and no pep in their step. Basically, I'm polite but here for a paycheck. Therefore, I will provide the bare minimum. I didn't capture photos because what's more basic that chicken strips and fries.
