Every time we go out of town we go to DQ to eat on Apr 20 2024 we got a double cheeseburger bacon and the bacon was so hard that it chipped my son's tooth and I don't think we will be stopping there to eat again

Listen up Dairy Queen in Farmington!!!! After a recent amputation a woman confined to a wheelchair while they strengthen her muscles and let her stump heal in order to get a prosthetic. Today 2/26/24 around 2:30 pm she visited your store.She only leaves her house for dr appts. It is to hard on herself and her husband for them to get out at this time. So imagine their surprise when she tried to go to the restroom at your location. The handicap stall was locked and no one was in it. They went to the front counter to ask about it. They were told by the guy behind the counter that it had been that way for a couple of weeks. The conversation was not a good one. He has had no customer service training and it was evident. They should have known when they first entered the lobby. They were trying to go through 2 sets of doors and the exit door was locked. MY GOD!!!! a certain blonde person gave me the best burger of my life. I almost peed my pants out of sheer joy. amazing.
I'm pretty lax on restaurants and understand staffing is hard right now. But this plant has really gone downhill. Place is usually dirty. The last time the entire place had a bad smell when we walked in. Went to the bathroom and discovered the toilet had been overflowing when I walked in. Told the kid at the front and he just said he knows and went on to stand around. Usually the employees don't seem to know what they are doing and difficult to talk to.

Usually I don’t write reviews, but this was an awful experience. Ordered a mini blizzard, strawberry sundae, and a large fry. The blizzard and sundae were out quickly but I waited 15 minutes for the fries, only for them to come out barely warm. Plus the lobby was dirty, tables were dirty, there was food all over the floor, and a large puddle by the drink fountain. Employees were nice though.
