1st time eating at this Jim's and was very surprised. When after sitting at our table for about 10 minutes and no one waited on us we found out that you order at the counter and then someone brings it to you. Honestly, I have not had the pizza here (yet) but I am definitely going to call back sometime when I’m in the area. I just had the greatest guy answer the phone. I dialed his location by mistake but…he made my day! What a personality! Thanks announcer dude! I will be sure to call back!
When my mom passed away, I was without transportation for six weeks, so I began walking to Jim's every day for lunch after working on my mom's apartment clean up.The staff were so concerned and helpful. The manager even offered to help me anytime I needed someone! Vicki and Toni and the rest of the team were wonderful to me! I so appreciated their caring!!The food is always very, very good.....
