Normally I wouldn't take the time to post a review but If the feedback helps, here it goes. I've visited here multiple times and have consistently received cold food, orders made incorrectly, or items that were completely missing. Wish that was all, but unfortunately a couple of the managers here have terrible customer service and I've seen them treat their employees very disrespectfully. Won't be returning 😢

Service was horrible. Was ignored while standing in line and when we got our food the fries were cold and not full orders. Not even our burgers were correct. Defiantly will not be going back

Went here tonight to get some food with my siblings and there food was fresh and we got our food really quick and the management and crew was really nice and friendly thank you so much the amazing food 100% would recommend there food

Had the bacon BBQ quarter pounder. Bacon and burgers were ok. Bbq sauce was crazy sweet. Fries were under cooked. I have had better McD. Generally ehhhh...

The gentleman in the drive thru was so pleasant. He promptly let me know bacon wasn't available and offered replacements. I kindly told him that wasn't necessary. He gave me two pies instead. The only reason theres not 5 stars is bc my fries were cold.
The woman working at the drive through shut the window in our faces while I was trying to explain my order to her🫠I wish I got her name.

Not happy at all with the service and the food at the Farmington McDonalds. Waited 12 minutes for stale fries and a PINK hamburger (& not the first time this has happened)—total waste of time and money! I don’t know why they can’t cooked a hamburger.

The McDonald's in Farmington Arkansas is getting worse than better. For what I got tonight should have been no problem noone was hardly even there and still managed to do a poor ass job. I guess I'll start driving farther away just to get a better burger. I'm just gonna give up on McDonald's period. UGHHHHHHH

On occasion service can be slow, but they've never messed up our order. The fries always taste fresh, everything seems to be made well. If you get put in a stall, it can take a bit longer, but that's kinda the point - they need a minute to get your order out. Overall, not a bad McDonald's.
