Mike and Lin are great!! They have designed a family destination in Farmington offering food trucks, outdoor games, and special events nights for all ages. Popsicles and deserts are a favorite. They are also involved in the community having hosted Farmington small business meet and greets.
Pedal Pop is the perfect spot to unwind—Sip. Chat. Chill. Repeat. Their fruity popsicles, creamy ice creams, and fun seasonal drinks always bring the good vibes, especially the Strawberry Mango Fruit Pop with a Pumpkin Chai Cider or Blood Orange Kombucha. Cozy, friendly, and full of flavor, it’s the kind of place that makes any day feel a little brighter. If you’re looking for great taste and chill vibes, Pedal Pop never disappoints.
Pedal Pops is absolutely incredible! I tried both the Chai Tea and the Coconut Strawberry popsicles, and they were amazing. The Chai had just the right balance of spice and sweetness — warm, comforting, and perfectly refreshing all at once. The Coconut Strawberry was creamy, bright, and so flavorful — a total summer dream! You can really tell that owner Mike puts care and creativity into every flavor. Highly recommend — this is artisan popsicle perfection!
