Threw most of it in the trash.

I decided to try this place out of the blue and wow it was amazing! Had the red beard and it is absolutely gigantic! And it was so delicious I had to rush back and order two more sandwiches for lunch on the lake the next day. The folks running it were so helpful, they even separated the breads and the toppings in different containers for me because I wanted them for lunch the next day. Definitely will be coming back!

Food truck. I thought $13 for a fried chicken steak in a biscuit?! Too high I thought. Well I was shocked! That thing was so big it took up the entire to -go box!
It was lacking salt and pepper I must have but that’s an easy fix. Plenty of of gravy. This could feed 2 people. Potato salad a tad bland for me but I’ll try it again. If you want tea it’s in a bottle, not homemade. I think I’d be there ALOT with home made sweet tea.

I hate leaving bad reviews and I only do so when something (food, service, atmosphere) is so bad that I just have to speak up. The service and atmosphere here is great. Fun, easily accessible location. The people are super super nice and friendly! The menu looks great and has loads of uniquely named, different foods but the problem is the food and food quality. The mac and cheese had no cheese whatsoever. It tasted like liquid smoke and the texture was very dry. The nachos had such potential but the sauce was overpowering and incredibly sweet. Granted, I did choose mild over hot and maybe that was a bad call on my part but the sauce was just off. Too sweet to eat. The rueben egg rolls really broke my heart. They were dry and overly browned. Also, I didn't notice any sourkraut in them. Just a thin layer of meat. The fries were the most edible but I had to throw them in the oven for my daughter because they weren't cooked all the way. My husband and I took one bite of everything and the rest went in the bin. Big waste of money. I'm not the type to go back and ask for a refund. I just chalk it up to lesson learned! Next time we go to the pedal pops spot we will definitely eat at volcano asian bistro. Amazing food there!! Again, redbeards has amazing potential but the focus should be on food quality control!

Wonderful food and service. We got the “All the things” appetizer sampler and the Rueben egg rolls were def the star of the show. We also got “The Redbeard” and the “Ironside” sandwiches. The Ironside was INCREDIBLE, def our favorite. The Redbeard was also really good, personally I feel like it could use some kind of sauce to boost the flavor. Overall, very well seasoned, smokey, great local food. Highly recommend. ?
