I just tried Redbeard's for the first time tonight. I couldn't pass up BBQ, especially one that is viking themed.
I got a reuben called "The Razorback" with pork loin, bacon, and corned beef. I try the reuben everywhere I go, but this was by far the best one I've ever had. Wasn’t sure what I wanted to eat staff were very patient and gave great recommendations!!! I ended up ordering “ The Chieftain “ and was not disappointed and portions did not come to play ! Great vibes and nothing beats being served by happy faces !!!

I decided to try this place out of the blue and wow it was amazing! Had the red beard and it is absolutely gigantic! And it was so delicious I had to rush back and order two more sandwiches for lunch on the lake the next day. The folks running it were so helpful, they even separated the breads and the toppings in different containers for me because I wanted them for lunch the next day. Definitely will be coming back!
