I ordered a coney with onion. Coney came without onion. I asked to have the onion I ordered. The car hop delivered the onions and tried to charge me for them. Then when I showed my receipt where they were ordered, I got an eye roll and a look of incredible inconvenience.
Sorry for inconveniencing you with the request for the onions I ordered.
My chicken sandwich was very dry and thin, overall not good or very enjoyable.
I remember when Sonic was a good place to have an affordable meal.
For the price, you're better off going to Wendy's.

This place is awful. Just drive a little farther to Prairie Grove Sonic and eat there. I swear to God, If i had gotten herpes after eating here I wouldn’t be shocked.

I ordered my food paid for it and I sat there for approximately 30 minutes I had to call back in there and ask where my food was and then it was brought out in a wrinkly old bag and my food was cold. 🥴
I even left a tip 🧐🤔

Train your employees better, we had to repeat every part of our order 4-5 times. I could understand if the place was busy at the time but it wasn't. The lady who took our order didn't seem to know what she was doing or was gossiping from the 3 times out of 5 she came back on the speaker giggling. The food over all was yummy however trying to order 6 things and it taking almost 10mins to do so at slow hours is sad!!!!

Always messing up orders. Our son always wants Sonic but they just can't get it together. The young kids that work there need to get it together. Learn how to listen and double check their work. Work ethic!! No matter where you work take PRIDE in what you do!

Horrible service. Didnt answer the microphone, line was empty… didn’t hear anything we said. Not a good experience- literally drove off due to poor service. Needs better management.

I am a doordasher and this is another Sonic that is in need of fixing. The people are new it seems and need help during a rush. It took 20 mins. to get my customer order. The person in front of me, in the drive thru only got drinks. It took them over 10 mins, because of extended times someone behind me left. Corperate please help fix these stores.

My visit on July 19th was very disappointing. My husband and I ordered drinks and I got a tea. When I tried my tea, it was incredibly bitter. I called the store to let them know, and the employee on the phone even confirmed it had come from the bottom of the tea where it had settled and was extra bitter. We were already down the road, so we planned to just stop at another sonic on the way to where we were going, so I asked for a refund on it. The employee said he would refund it. However, it has now been 5 days and the refund has not posted.
