The #3 with mayo and everything else on it came with ketchup and a dob of mayo I think and I got fries and wanted tots and no ketchup in my bag.it sucked really.

-Ordered jalapeƱo cheeseburger-got no cheese and no jalapeƱo. -Ordered two kid meals and asked for added veggies to the burger-did not get veggies. Repeated the order twice and still not right.

Probably the worst restaurant experience Iāve ever had. Made over a $60 order for 4 meals. It was unbelievably fast to be brought out. I drove homeā¦less than a mile and immediately sorted out order for my family. Missing items like large fry..but had an extra drink. Then the two expensive cheeseburgers were flattened and top bun folded in half. One cheeseburger had only a spot of mayo and no lettuce tomato pickles or onion when specifically asked for all veggies. The fries that we did receive were the worst rancid oil tasting things ever. Called the restaurant. Manager on duty nice but this was just too far gone!
