The #3 with mayo and everything else on it came with ketchup and a dob of mayo I think and I got fries and wanted tots and no ketchup in my bag.it sucked really.

Probably the worst restaurant experience Iāve ever had. Made over a $60 order for 4 meals. It was unbelievably fast to be brought out. I drove homeā¦less than a mile and immediately sorted out order for my family. Missing items like large fry..but had an extra drink. Then the two expensive cheeseburgers were flattened and top bun folded in half. One cheeseburger had only a spot of mayo and no lettuce tomato pickles or onion when specifically asked for all veggies. The fries that we did receive were the worst rancid oil tasting things ever. Called the restaurant. Manager on duty nice but this was just too far gone!
I order from the app. Ordered 5 chili cheese coneys. Not busy and took 10 minutes to get my order and top it off it wasn't even pee warm. I did my order in the stall so I wouldn't get cold but that back fired. How do you get your orders on a timely manner and being hot??? This is uncalled for and the HQ in ok City ok will know about this. I really hope I won't go back to this location of sonics.

I ordered a coney with onion. Coney came without onion. I asked to have the onion I ordered. The car hop delivered the onions and tried to charge me for them. Then when I showed my receipt where they were ordered, I got an eye roll and a look of incredible inconvenience. Sorry for inconveniencing you with the request for the onions I ordered. My chicken sandwich was very dry and thin, overall not good or very enjoyable. I remember when Sonic was a good place to have an affordable meal. For the price, you're better off going to Wendy's.
