I am never surprised by the lack of empathy from the employees. If you mess up a order wait for the customer to bring the meal to you before you deny the refund and get rude. I have never been able to eat at this location and I have lived in Farmington for a while. The manager is never considered about keeping the customer.

Decided to get sonic on my brake. Was able to instantly get to the drive thru order box. But then was sitting 8-10 min behind only 3 cars and no one was moving. An attendent tried to speed things along by bringing an order out to someone in front of me but then that person wanted to add more things to her order. I didn’t have time to wait 20min for what was supposed to be fast food and in the drive thru lane. I just pulled out and left. All I wanted was chicken strips and fries.

I bought a chicken sandwich and tots. The sandwich look as if it had been sitting way past time, the tots was fairly warm with a lot of salt. So I go back, so my food can be replaced, the second sandwich was not any better than the first and the fries was still salty, and they wasn't even that busy. I never had a problem with the Sonics in Farmington, but at this point they are just as worse as the one in Fayetteville, which I don't go to that one anymore, because Fayetteville service/food quality was bad as well.

Been here often. It’s nearby. But sometimes the lack of food is astounding. Maybe 2 Tb of meat.Since I eat extremely little bread this isn’t a meal for me.I asked about if it’s a measured amount and over the speakerphone they said no that’s the amount that comes on it ,they scoop an amount on there. Didn’t even come out to look at it.Then my husband got the tater tots that have meat on it and supposed to have cheese and barbecue sauce and all that. Again just not half the food at early is .I think a manager needs to be checking the kids out more or something.Really bad service some nights.I give decent reviews MOST of the time. Not every night but often enough.

I originally gave a five-star review, but they messed up my order very bad last time I came here. I ordered a Supersonic breakfast burrito, which is supposed to have sausage, eggs, tots, cheese, onions, etc. The burrito I got had... eggs and cheese. That's it. I mean, it's Sonic, so you probably expect them to mess something up, and this location is no different. Just triple check everything in your bag before you leave.

Love the Cajun Catfish plate, rice, and veggies. A weekly visit for lunch at the bar keeps me coming back. Every 6th visit, I get a discount!! Sometimes a nice conversation and always great service. ?

You know we like Sonic drinks so we go often but unfortunately every time we use the drive thru something is missing. Straws, napkins, sauces, etc. I try to check but if I miss it like I did yesterday, I have to go get in line all over again, which is a big hassle. The drinks and food are always fresh and tasty. Just the service and checking the orders needs improvement. Also, happy hour every day 2-4 for half off drinks is a great deal! And sign up for the app for more discounts.

Every time I come the girls seem like they hate working there.Usually average but this time the food was dry and overcooked.
Our order was fulfilled correctly! We didn’t have a long wait and the food was delicious.We wanted to order through the mobile app but ended up using the ordering screen. Through the app, we were unable to add extra nerds (to a slush) and unable to order the sauced- jumbo popcorn chicken as a meal/combo.Overall, a great visit!

Onion rings only half cooked.Asked for NO pickles and got 7 pickles on burger. Every time I go there it is a failure on their part.Here it is 4 years later and I decided to give them a try again. Bad choice. Can not get things right with the order.Update: did a lot better this time. Onion rings cooked all the way.
