Came in for a quick breakfast and coffee on my way to work. Service was pleasant however I ordered pumkin bread got a pumpkin muffin. It stuck to the roof of my mouth when eaten. Felt under baked. Had a protein cold brew pumpkin and all I taste is burnt coffee. They did offer of sell me the pumpkin bread but I just was disappointed and wanted to get to work. This is why I do not shop at Starbucks, the service (except for getting the incorrect food) is pleasant and interactive but everything else lacks....

Wife loves the Pumpkin spice latte....they take real good care of their employees. They are helping my Daughter In law complete college. Like I used to bash Starbucks but because of how they have taken care of my Daughter inlaw I have done a 180. I get a white chocolate mocha... still hate how the says their sizes though...like if a say large... just give me a large don't correct me on what you call it....

Bathrooms were very dirty and one had no tp. No one greeted so I stood there waiting for someone to help. Stood there about 5-10 minutes before anyone said anything to me. There was no one else but me at the counter lol

on busy mornings why does it take 5 minutes to deal with each individual customer? They should know their peak hours atp and hire/schedule the appropriate amount of staff.

My first time to sit inside a Starbucks rather than to go through the drive thru in a car...very chill. Extremely product knowledgeable staff, coutessness AA plus.
I was supposed to get my coffee and cake pop at 3 pm. My mobile app order said. Because I ordered ahead. And I didn't get it until 3:30 after waiting there the whole time and there were only 5 customers there that had already received their coffee...and I had to sit and wait that long for mine...

I came here twice in the same day to get a white chocolate mocha, with heavy cream, Java chips, with 1 pump of caramel & brown sugar, with whip cream & caramel drizzle. Absolutely delicious 😋 I’ve gone to other Starbucks before that did not make this drink very well. But this location & the barista did a great job both times!! I had to come back a second time. Very kind barista name Keri (don’t know if I spelled his name correctly). But this man did a great job & got my drink out quickly! If I ever come through this area again. Definitely coming back 👍🏻

The beverages were good, however when starting my order the barista handed off the label for my refresher to another barista and just said “mango dragonfruit” and I had extra scoops which I asked for but the drink was supposed to be a SPICY mango dragonfruit for my mom. The label said spicy but no spice was added. For my MOTHER on MOTHERS DAY. I know they’d of remade it if I brought it back in but I was already late for work and my mom complained the ENTIRE WAY there. Happy Mother’s Day I guess ??

The beverages were good, however when starting my order the barista handed off the label for my refresher to another barista and just said “mango dragonfruit” and I had extra scoops which I asked for but the drink was supposed to be a SPICY mango dragonfruit for my mom. The label said spicy but no spice was added. For my MOTHER on MOTHERS DAY. I know they’d of remade it if I brought it back in but I was already late for work and my mom complained the ENTIRE WAY there. Happy Mother’s Day I guess ??
