They give you barely and meat or toppings. There’s 10x more bread than roast beef. For a footlong and 2 cookies. 20 DOLLARS? I do not remember subway being that expensive. Should have went to jersey mikes. The woman working was nice but did not want to get charged extra for more roast beef when I’ve had wayyy more in previous times.

They close at 10pm I was there by 9:30pm the girl told me they closed early but the door was still unlocked and open. Pretty sure she was lien took my money else where this was about a week ago.

I came in a little late, and had a larger order of 4 sandwiches. The sandwich artist, an older woman I believe named Amy was incredibly helpful and sweet. She was very sociable and I believe she deserves a raise of some kind for her extraordinary service!

My husband went in and ordered with a coupon for 3 subs for $19.99, we were going to add chips and drinks and pay the additional amount for it, but the lady behind the counter said no that she would have to charge us for two meals plus an extra sandwich! Even though the coupon itself clearly states that extras and add on cost more…meaning you still get the coupon price, but you will have to pay for anything extra! She was rude and insisted that we could only buy the food that was mentioned in the coupon! I feel like it’s foolish on her part to send paying customers who were willing to pay the extra cost (like the coupon said) away because she wanted to be an idiot! Either way we just went down the street and bought our chips and drinks elsewhere, but management should really discuss with her the importance of turning a profit.

Overall, the experience was solid. The sandwich was well-prepared with fresh ingredients, and the bread was intact—not smashed like you sometimes see. The interior was clean and well-maintained, which added to a pleasant visit.
The employees aren’t friendly. At all. I felt so uncomfortable ordering cause you could tell they did not want to be there. The guy making my sandwich put maybe 10 strips of lettuce on my sandwich. I asked for more. He sprinkles maybe another 4 pieces. Asked him for more and I am not kidding this boy picked up a slice of lettuce and put it on my sandwich. I’ve been here twice. Once was two years ago. Nice to see they haven’t improved. This was at 1145 5-9-2025
Granny suggested lunch here & it was my 1st time at subway & though the menu was HUGE… the staff at this location helped me & didn’t rush me one bit. My sandwich came out so good it was toasted & when I say everything was fresh I mean it! Highly recommended 👍
I was told I couldn't substitute something on a sub . I paid extra for taking off one kind of meat and putting on another, I don't recall any other Subway doing that. Staff was nice about it but I don't feel I should've paid extra for it.

The staff in here is very dismissive and unfriendly.I did not find that they listened to me.And the store could have used some cleaning up.There is a lady in the evening.That is lovely.But as far as day staff goes there's other locations

Food was poorly made l, asked for regular lettuce was given mostly lettuce. Half of my chicken sub was missing the tomatoes. Ended up with an extra sub that was over loaded with lettuce. The dippers we ordered were extremely dry I watched my server tear up 3 pieces of chicken for my foot long chicken dipper. Will not be returning to this location.

The employee inside making sandwiches during this time was horribly disrespectful with the way they spoke to me and my family. We were turned away with a rude comment of how long it was going to take even when no customers were present in the store showing the lack of professionalism and respect for the customers present. Understandably, Mobile orders are become more popular, but this doesn't excuse the attention needed for customers who walk in the store to place a order or the using a disrespectful tone that was not needed to inform us of the wait if there was one present. If I ever eat at another subway it will not be at this establishment, but another location if at all. I expect a phone call to follow up on this experience along with a form of reparation due to the stressed and uncomfort it has cause my family both in the way we was spoken to and having to find anothet establishement to eat. I will be sharing my experience with every online review as well as with the family and friends I know living within the area. A MAN LIKE THAT DOESNT DESERVE A PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT IN A FAMILY TOWN AS SUCH IF THATS HIS FORM OF PROFESSIONALISM TOWARDS TO CHILDREN AND FAMILYS OF THE NEARBY SCHOOL.
