Today I went in and asked for chef choice did not know what to have and never been in this one. I was blown away the sub was AMAZING! The only 2 problems I order a foot long and a 6 inch would of plenty. It was alot of sub but so good. The 2nd is it is MESSY but if it not good enough to wear it not good enough to eat. I will be back for another!

This location has went downhill. I don’t know if they have new management or what. It used to be great. The service sucked. They treated us like we were an inconvenience. Then just threw the sandwich together. No quality at all. I hope somebody sees this and fixes the problems.

Their sandwiches seem bigger than the ones I was getting, and Rogers.I did call about four times to try to order ahead and no one answered the phone. Two boys work there. They are nice and they were busy.They are a little heavy-handed with the vinegar and mayo when you ask for light. ?My kiddo wants Subway every now and then. I get sandwiches for them.

I haven't had Subway in a hot minute last time I ate there it was trash I won't ever go back to Subway!! I asked this man there to change his gloves he wanted to get an attitude about it! Jersey Mike's and Jimmy John's are so much better! IDK why people eat Subway anyway every Subway I have been to has been terrible!

at the farmington, ar location,just ordered a ham egg and cheese footlong combo in store and was charged 19.68. when i looked at the receipt it showed egg and cheese, plus ham as extra. changing me more. when i asked about it the women said ham egg and cheese isnt in the system as an option and she cant do anything about it. even though it was clearly on the breakfast menu board behind her and i even went into the app and the meal would be 13.28. that is crazy you have an employee who flat out rejects what is on the board of the store. im not going back, plenty of other nearby options that don't cheat customers.

Absolute worst subway I have EVER been to. We ordered curbside pickup and could not get our orders. The girl working has the worst attitude as the other customer and I had to walk in and get our order. Which would not have been a huge inconvenience if they had bothered to answer the phone and tell me we needed to go in. I called three times; we waited thirty minutes passed our pick up time. There was one customer in the store. I will never be back here and would suggest going to another one. Our food was obviously cold and incorrect as well. There's also no verification on if you are the pick up order or not so feel free to just walk in and take someone's food apparently.

This subway is amazing! The employees are so funny, there’s always good music, and you will leave in a better mood than when you walked in. Of course, the food is delicious (it’s subway).

Stopped there around 5:30 pm June 2, 2023. Entered the restaurant and the music was very loud. Two people behind the counter, the female behind the counter had on the shortest shorts, may as well of not been wearing any they were so short. Not sure why she was allowed to work with food dressed that way. The service was not very friendly, the food ok but out of a lot of items. Lettuce and spinach appeared brown, it was just not up to other subways we have frequented. Very disappointed in the overall experience.

A huge shoutout to the manager, Greg, for his fantastic customer service. I ordered two footlongs online and picked them up, then after I got home realized my order was not correct. I returned the next day and explained the situation. Without any further questions, he apologized and said he would remake both sandwiches for me. Very friendly fellow and handled the situation to great satisfaction. I will be a regular customer from now on. Job well done.
