I stopped by Taco Bell off of Hwy 265 near Crossover in Fayetteville. I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 crunchy taco supremes with no tomatoes.
The girl was very nice & friendly, and she smiled at me. A meaningful smile, in my opinion, is essential for anyone who works with the public. So I really appreciated that.
She handed me my bag and I parked in a nearby parking lot to eat. Upon opening the bag, I grabbed one of the tacos, and much to my dismay, it had tomatoes. In fact, both tacos did.
So I went back and went in this time. I carried the bag in and told them that I had just gone through the drive thru but received my tacos with tomatoes by mistake.
They were very nice and apologetic. They told me that they would make 2 more tacos and no tomatoes this time.
They even gave me a couple of coupons. Each coupon was for one free taco. I found that to be very commendable.
Then, one of the employees came to the counter and gave me the new bag of tacos. She was very sweet, and told me how sorry she was for the mistake. I assured her that everything was fine and that mistakes happen. I thanked her for being so kind.
Then, I left with a new bag of tacos. I drove back to the same parking lot and happily enjoyed 2 fresh tacos with no tomatoes. Those tacos were absolutely delicious!

Ok this trip was not good compared to previously. When someone ask for no rice ( allergy) extra beans or something is normally added. This was maybe 2 Tbs of beans, 2-3Tb chicken, for $8

Next trip there- It just gets worse. I can’t have flour tortillas. Allergic. I ordered two tacos I get to work and their soft tacos. It just never fails if a teenager waits on me my order is going to be wrong.
Many months later- nachos. I asked if there was tomatoes on it they said I asked for onions and some jalapeño also there's almost no meat on it. I don't know why I keep going back and torturing myself I've been to Taco Bell's all over the country. I think the one in Farmington is the worst to not care about giving you meat on your food or any of the other things. It's almost like it's coming out of their own paycheck or something to put food in my order.

Why do they just throw the taco in the bag so carelessly? Not even fully wrapped up…. Also, everyone seemed to have a poor attitude, the energy just sucked.

I placed a to go order through the app and while it didn’t take long to get my food I’m wondering why my food came out looking like this?! I’m also posting what they should look like. My son walked into another Taco Bell, showed them the picture and said he needed them to do better than the Taco Bell I went to. *SMH*

Just got dinner on my way home this evening I ordered 6 Soft Tacos My husband opened his 1st taco to apply his sauce and there was maybe a teaspoon full of meet on one side and no meat anywhere else on it. My 1st one had meat but the soft shell you couldnt even bite it was hard. Bad experience.
Im not one to complain especially with fast food considering its just that fast food, but i got the nacho bell grande and i had something hard in my food and 5 minutes later i notice i ate something in it that made almost my whole entire tooth break and now i need a root canal

I would have left 0 stars if I could! I have been a customer for over 2 years at the this Taco Bell in Farmington but these last few months my experience there has been awful! I got the same thing I always get and they have either gave me soggy burritos or cold burritos! I’m done going to Taco Bell they have ruined my experience there! When I called they basically was trying to say I lied the crazy thing is I told him I don’t want them to remake my food! They couldn’t just make it right the first time! I will never eat taco bell again thanks to the young guys trying to hurry and close in doing so they didn’t make my food with care! This generation working at Taco Bell, they don’t know how to serve the community with care! Go anywhere else and I have no issue! If you hate your job that bad quit! Do something you will actually put effort in!

Got the food to go spent around $50-$60 git down the high way gave my grandsons the food 2 of the kids found hair in the food so we didnt eat any of it was to gross
