I keep trying them every since they opened up this location hoping someday they can get it right but I think I’m done with this location which sucks because we only live less than a mile away they have only managed two times out of maybe thirty to give me hot food and every time I go in or drive through I can count on being there ten to twenty five minutes and if you do go inside you have to wait a while just to get held and almost fear eating there as dirty as it is with food all over the kitchen floor and dirty dining tables pretty bad when there is usually around seven employees in there not like they do much business and the employees that work there look hardly old enough to drive to work I am done giving them a chance better off driving four mile to their other location it’s a little better

It's a Wendy's where they constantly forget to put all of your items together even when you only order two things.

Consistently this location seems to lack the ability to actually give you what you pay for. Avoid it unless it's one of your only options.

I was very excited about gettting a Wendy's in Farmington a few years ago. Really nice facility can't believe it is being run so poorly. The place is always filthy. Tonight will be my last trip unless there is an ownership change. I took pictures of ants all over the beverage bar going into the sweet tea. No sign of leadership in the store. i have submitted complaints before no one responded. I talked to what I believe to a lady that was the manager a while back she was very defensive and told me this was the busiest store in Arkansas.. while we were standing in an empty restaraunt.. It was filthy that day as well and the counter was so sticky with orange soda. I hope it would hurry up and close or someone new would take over. We need more options in Farmington. Someone obviously has a serious investment in this store but no one seems to care about the business.

im not a big fan of wendys but this location is my favorite. food came out so good not really greasy its been a long time since ive enjoyed wendys like i did this time

Stood at the front counter for apx 3-5 minutes as 3 people talked and looked at their phone in the drive thru area. Then final tried to order a salad with spicy chicken. They said they can’t do that then ordered asigo spicy chicken sandwich and received in my to go bag a regular chicken sandwich with too much mayo. My bad for not checking their work but since no other orders being in they shouldn’t mess it up. 11:40 am

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

Went to the Farmington store with family, computers were down, the app wasn’t working.
Cashier was nice but flustered, she asked for,the manager to help, Kirst*n shows up and fixes one item but not the other two.
She refused to give us the what the deals the app said. She was rude and arrogant at the same time.
It took over 20 minutes to order and 12 minutes to get our food.

This is easily the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The place is so filthy that I have no idea how the health inspector allows to be open. I walked in on 7/2/2025 at 1:30pm and there were so many flies everywhere. When I say everywhere, I mean everywhere. The soda machine and straw area had live ants crawling on the tabletop along with several flies having a field day. The floors were so dirty and there were no paper towels at the sink. Whoever is in charge of this restaurant clearly does not care one tiny bit about cleanliness. I wouldn't come back here if you paid me. Wasted $13 as I couldn't even eat the food knowing there are so many flies everywhere. To whomever is supposed to be running this place, please wake up and get this mess under control. Wow

Blake and Kylie were so helpful and sweet! They were outgoing, recommending their favorites and making it fresh for us. Going above and beyond to make sure we had yummy food. Honestly the most positive drive thru experience I’ve had in a while! Most of the time it seems like a front or an act for service workers, but their personalities shown through the entire interaction! They seemed like good people! Also shout out to the cook, the food was delicious, the wait was short. 10/10 all around, definitely deserve raises!

I pull up to the empty drive-thru for breakfast. I order and am told to pull up to wait due to them not having biscuits ready… at breakfast time.
After ten minutes an employee brings my food and apologizes for the wait. He says he “hooked me up” with egg and cheese on my plain sausage biscuit. How nice!
Well, I get home to find no egg or cheese on the sandwich. Why would he lie and tell me that when I wasn’t expecting the addition in the first place?
I usually don’t leave fast food places a review but given the other bad experiences I’ve had at this location I decided it was time. Granted this store has a 3.2 or something like that so I doubt management will care.
