Restaurant smelled like feet, guess the cheese went bad? Servers were nice, food came out scarily fast (under 1min)

A spill of liquids on floor by drink self serve told employees they said we know had to ask for straws at least 4 employees at the time floor in cooking area had food and trash everywhere somewhat busy at the time with drive thru customers but when caught up nothing cleared up trash dump was full to brim a few inside customers at the time

They claim they are open until 12:00 a.m. midnight. I stopped in there at 11:05 p.m. to get a Frosty and they said sorry the frosty machine has been taken down already. What's the point of being open until midnight then?

Been waiting over a month for management at this store to refund my order after it was served cold. Drink machine was malfunctioning, you couldn't order online or use the app for points. Not really sure how this location is still open. Please spare yourself and go literally anywhere else.

2.5 people working, and no one at the counter. Waited 30 minutes with no service. Huge line outside and inside. Best to skip this during normal eating time.

Terribly RUDE employee answered the phone and refused to make the Uber oder I got right. Wouldn't take my name, and sounded so high they couldn't even remember what I said a minute after I said it! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

I want to brag on the employee Dakota. He is doing everything at the front of that store, taking orders, putting the food on the tray while everybody else just kind of watches. This young man needs to be praised for his kindness his hard work every time I go in there, he apologizes for the wait.

There was a problem with the register. We waited 20 minutes and still were not able to order. The manager came up to the front. We were standing there waiting and he never looked up or acknowledged us or said “sorry you’re having to wait so long”. The guy cooking fries, helped himself to a handful and kept filling the orders. The restaurant was dirty everywhere we looked. We had had enough and left.

Felt like a dungeon - dark, dank, smelly, overhead lights buzzing being the only noise, and people who looked miserable to be there. The self-serve drink machine was disgusting, and I think they were having trouble with their registers (not the employees’ fault) so we waited in line for 20 minutes. No one ever even looked up at us. They didn’t have to fall at our feet and apologize but just a “sorry for the wait” (sincere or not) would’ve been appreciated.
Regardless, saw the person handling the fries sample a few while we were waiting half an hour, and wear no gloves while sticking four out of five fingers in the holder. Not appetizing.
After never even having our existence acknowledged, after 30 minutes, we left. If you just have to have a Baconator, just go through the drive through and never ever go into this Wendy’s, it’s better to not peek behind the curtain.

Service has really gone downhill. I like Wendy's but lately they have not put much effort into the service. It's sad because they started off strong but as with every other food establishment around here, they quickly start going down.

Rude drive thru lady. Had to wait over 5 minutes to place the order; I'm not counting the 10 minutes we waited to get to the Speaker box.
I enjoyed the food. But the lady (I believe she was a manager) does not seem to enjoy working the drive thru. She was very impolite and seemed annoyed to be taking our order.
Some folks aren't cut out for customer service, and it seems she may fit into that category.
