Went through the drive thru. Got nuggets and a sandwich combo. Paid at the window, no problem. The person at the first window was very nice. When we got to the second window, we weren’t greeted. We watched the crew basically spin in circles wondering what order they needed at the window. Then they handed us the wrong order, without giving drinks. We told them it was wrong and they took it back through the window. Then we waited 5 more minutes for our food. Got our food, had to wait on our drinks. Got our drinks, had to wait as they walked away from the window to ask for straws. As we were pulling away, someone said “go away now” as if we were being a hassle. Thanks for the food, I guess

Usually this restaurant is on point for the most part but yesterday we ordered a kids meal with a hamburger and apple bites, the apple bites were soft, slimy, brown, and spoiled..clearly unsafe to eat. I'm not sure why anyone would try to serve them in their state, we could have gotten very sick. Needless to say, the recipient of kids meal was devastated that the apple bites were spoiled.Toys with the kids meals are also hit and miss, sometimes there is a toy included and sometimes there is nothing.Kid-friendliness: Food in kids meal is not always fresh and toys are not always included in kids meal

Take forever to get you through the drive thru. They choose when they want to work. Tons of mistakes. Lie about their system being down so they didn’t have to work, they do this or say they’re only taking cash all the time so they don’t have to work.

On this Wendy's website they state they're open until 12:00 a.m. I work the night shift this is closer to my house. But they were shut down at 10:40 and all the employees were outside smoking. There were no notes on the door or on the panel for the drive-thru about closing

This place is the worst ever, tryed telling me it would take 10 to 15 minutes to cook our order because it would beer freshly done, only took 5 minutes or so but fries and nuggets were like eating rubber burger was just ok, went back all employees were out back hanging out and then I asked to get order replaced, iv never been treated so rude I just left its just a bunch of punk kids running the store, do not visit this location

In the last 6 months, the service has went down hill. They are rude. I loved going there because I love Raspberry Coke. I went through the drive-thru one day asked for the raspberry coke was told they haven't had that in a while. Which is not true I was in the night prior and got it. So we just went in and it was there. Drive-thru lady was mad that she was wrong. She was telling me that the flavors they had was all the flavors they showed not to be available. That was 4 days ago. My husband went to get me some today and he was rudely told they ppl was saying they was lying about the drinks so they shut down the machine out front. They didn't like the fact they got called out on that they were lying. And said that they were all out of Coke. How you going to have a Coke machine and be out of Coke. So no longer be going back.

This Wendy’s is always out of something . Today was the most frustrating. Almost out of all cups, no chili seasoning, no bacon, probably out of everything else. I asked who does inventory management and was told it was the GM. The GM NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. This is not the first time I’ve had this same type of experience.

After trying to hand me the order for the person in front of me who was pulled forward waiting on their order, when I got home I was missing half of my order. I ordered online and live in the next town over so it really wasn't worth driving all the way back. They couldn't refund me for the missing items when I called the store even though the order was made online. I did quickly look through my bag before I pulled off but now I know to look for EVERY item before I leave the window if I ever decide to go back. (Though I shouldn't have to double check in the first place, the list is right in front of the person packing each and every order....it's not that complicated) I've also had problems with VERY long waits in the drive thru in the past. I very rarely have a smooth transaction at this location and I always hope it's better but sadly it's never been a good experience.

So on 12/4/23 I placed an online order with the app. When I got there to pick up my order, I was told they were out of nuggets. I had two biggie bags on my order which they gave me burgers for in place of the nugges. And I had a 10pc nugget meal for my son which they took off. I was told that if the money from that meal wasn't back on my card in the next few days, to come by and they would give me cash. Today, 12/10/23 I stopped by and was told by a RUDE manager that I had to go through the app and he couldn't do anything. He looked at me like I was crazy when I told him what I was told to do the other night regarding my money and wouldn't even come up to talk to me right away because he was "too busy". He was rude to the other male working there, who is always so sweet. There should be better communication within their business regarding online orders and how to handle them. I wasn't rude to him and I don't appreciate being talked to that way. You might be in the wrong position with an attitude like that. Do better Wendy's in Farmington.
