Every time the family and I show up to this location ,the snobby college kids that work there are not friendly. They hurry and get our orders done. And when some snobby person in a nice car shows up, they seem to like to chat like it’s a family reunion. The atmosphere is not the vibe at this location. They are rude as hell and very sloppy.

Coffee is good can't complain about that but the girl with dark hair with shades on always has an attitude and gets my order wrong all the time everytime she takes it. I avoid going on the lane where she's at but she needs some customer service training.

I had trouble with getting the QR code to load through the drive thru, they have no app, just website, so I had no clue what I was ordering so I ordered a flavor I normally get. But no suggestions or try this from the order taker, no menu posted, just felt rushed because we didn't know what they had. Price is great, but review the menu before you hop in line.
