The coffee here was so bad I don't think I've ever had a wose cup of coffee. I've had the regular beans and cold brew concentrate they sell in stores and really enjoyed it so idk what they are doing to the coffee here that makes it so horrible. I ordered a nitro cold brew and it was so acidic it curdled the milk. Completely undrinkable. The latte was also underwhelming and bitter. I'm so annoyed I spent $15 on the most undrinkable disgusting coffee. I had really high hopes because I love the retro vibe and the guy serving the coffee was cool. I will still support buy buying the beans and cold brew concentrate but this location just did not brew the coffee properly the day I went

I love our locally owned Arsaga's! I support local businesses, and they have great coffee and such nice people work there. Highly recommend.
I was so disappointed in Arasaga Mill District. Service was poor due to being crowded. Did not bring coffee until I got my meal. Food was cold when it got to the table. I ask to warm it up but waitress said she would have another made. Food returned 15 minutes later hot but was not what I ordered. ( I ate it anyway without saying anything ) My party was finished and waiting on me. For a $96 breakfast you would expect a little better service and food.
This coffee is legit. This is coming from someone who has traveled and lived all over Central and South America.

Great black coffee
You guys may want to consider a different brand of paper cup. I've had them start disintegrating and leaking on me from the bottom often.

Good coffee and decent banana bread. Was expecting more flavor from the espresso, and it was a bit underwhelming. May be I was expecting too much. Good and fast service

I was really excited to find a local replacement for Starbucks since Starbucks is unethical and I really do think Arsaga’s has the best menu. but after going there for a few weeks, I get charged different prices for the same drink and sometimes my mochas don’t even have chocolate in them. and sometimes it feels like they take extra time to burn my coffee on purpose, and they will treat you worse if you don’t tip as much so I’m deciding to stop going. and I’m leaving this review because customers should be treated well regardless and establishments should have formulas for how things are made if something is advertised with chocolate in it, it should have chocolate in it.

Love this location, always great service and tasty drinks and food! Tip: steamed oat milk and cardamon syrup in coffee all day! Banana bread is so good too.

We're big fans of the Mill location, but have had multiple cruddy experiences here. Often when we've had Sunrise Sandwiches it's been evident that they've been sitting or have just tasted "off". Also a couple of times recently we've driven through for two Frisco Trails ($14) and I don't feel like tipping on top of what I feel is a kinda spendy drink, and the moody™ girl there (today wearing the "I wasted my life's potential in Fayetteville, Arkansas" shirt) is rude as soon as she sees we haven't tipped (or is just rude for no reason?). If it's busy or we're grabbing more than two drinks we're excessive tippers, but from now on when/if I see her it'll be a no from me. We've been customers since Gregg, the Depot etc. We're supporters of local businesses and employees, and this is disappointing. If something that takes 3m to make out of 4 cheap ingredients (~$140/hr) is not enough to pay you to not be rude, do something else or ask for a raise. What's wild is I rarely leave critical reviews OR don't tip (even in instances when tipping culture is getting a bit out of control) but here we are. We'll just go to the Mill location where they apparently keep the professionals on staff.

Delicious coffee! I ordered the “Maple Street” which is a Salted Maple Caramel Latte (I got mine iced) and I would recommend it!
