Ordered the pretzel dogs, was told they take 20-30 minutes to make, I came back 30 minutes later and they had not even started my order yet. All in all it took over an hour to get my order, no apology or anything.

I absolutely love auntie Ann‘s pretzels. They’re under new management and have been bought by a wonderful man named Ben. I loved getting my pretzel fixed and knowing that everything was done as it should be no teenage shenanigans no offense to teenagers. I would recommend Anne’s at any time for a wonderful diverse pretzel.

Rude staff! There’s was 4 girls and one said no we can’t make the pretzel dogs. While they just stood around. Not the first time either, time before that they said 15 minute wait went to get my order where they told me it’ll be done in 15 minutes. I waited a total of 30 minutes for some pretzel dogs.

Wanted to get some of their mini pretzel dogs, order on the app, app said it was ready at 5:11, got there a minute early, I was told that they never received the order. How could you have not received the order but I got a confirmation email? Also then they said it would be ready in 10 minutes, 10 minutes later, still not done, all I asked for was mini pretzel dog and a drink. Then I was told another 10 minutes, told them I couldn’t wait that long, they offered me a refund, I accepted it, still haven’t received the refund, I ordered this on February 26, and it’s been a week, where is the refund? I will delete this review if someone contacts me or if I get my refund or both.
Update it’s been 4 months and I still haven’t gotten a refund or a response, and I’ve tried calling the store too.

Arsons service and delicious pizza bites

They suck been by twice in a month and both times they will not serve us say can’t take orders to backed up and just standing around. They refused service.

Every time I come here I leave with nothing cause they don’t ever have anything but an excuse of why they don’t have it. Like come on y’all need to just shut down. Y’all just in the way at this point…

After not eating here for years, this was a total letdown. Extremely salty pretzel and the service from the teens working there was disappointing. Won't be back.

Very bad customer service.The girl at the counter was very unfriendly. I was going to order 3 almond pretzels they were out usually they will make some . When I asked if they were going to make more she said no.

Food is always fresh with great staff. The best place for low cost and tasty carbs.

These delicious, buttery soft fresh pretzels are a great treat every time I come to the mall. The smell of fresh pretzels by the food court is too good to resist! I recommend a sour cream and onion pretzel with marinara sauce, that combo is a hidden gem ? Their mango frozen lemonade is also a tasty way to cool down in this heat

Continue to be disappointed by the staff at this location. Rudeness. Staying on their phones. Pretzels are stale and old. Time for it to go.
