Legit coffee spot. It's rare to see a coffee shop that roasts their own coffee on location, but Baba Boudan's does. They're serious about coffee without being pretentious. Love it!

Stan makes great coffee and is a laid back conversationalist. I appreciate the much needed morning boost. I can recommend the mocha Mexicana. I usually drink just straight black coffee, but I decided to have an treat that is a bit of a nostalgic favorite of mine from Taos New Mexico. It's good. As were the biscuits and gravy. Beans roasted in the same room as you're served daily. Place is a gem as is the one owner I met.

They make a really good vanilla latte. High quality espresso made the drink taste fresh, which is hard to find with all the drive thru coffee shops around. As someone who can't have much dairy I appreciate the range of alternative milk options this place has.
