I love the cookies here and think about them often. My coworkers also love them and we like to take little cookie field trips for a mid-day snack.
BUT I have never encountered a business before that so frequently fails to be open during their own posted business hours. I have now gone by for a cookie fix during their posted business hours no less than 5 times and they have not been open. It’s really frustrating and disappointing.

Baked by Kori provided a very stunning 3 tier wedding cake! Delivering it to the venue, setting it up was super easy! The team was very friendly!

I figured I would give them a try and the Atmosphere was not bad. It was a little dead inside, Other than the two Employees working. They said hello to me, but nothing more to really give their recommendations or ask if I need to help with anything. The cupcakes were good. I got two chocolates and one vanilla. The Butter, cream, icing is pretty good, but in my opinion the cake. It’s a little dry, and I’m used to my cupcakes being moist.

I really wanted to love this place. The staff were friendly and service was fast, but overall I was just disappointed. First off $4 for a single cookie is crazy. I understand the more you buy the price drops, but for a simple treat I was expecting a top tier cookie :(. I talked with staff to try to justify their prices and basically was told they use high end ingredients, but once they listed them I was shocked what they considered high end. I couldn’t imagine what they would charge if they actually used the best ingredients. Overall if you’re not concerned about money and want a good cookie then give them a try just don’t come expecting anything amazing for the price.

We visited for the first time prior to bid day festivities. The customer service was top notch! And mimosas, coffee and baked goods were excellent. I highly recommend a visit when in Fayettville.
Chocolate chocolate chip cookie with sour cherries was divine!! Such a cute place!

BRIDES BEWARE. My experience as a bride with Baked By Kori was abysmal - especially because I reached out to them first for a wedding cake. I genuinely wanted to love the wedding cake we purchased from them, but it ended up cracked, sloppy, and missing colors and icing that we specifically paid for.
No matter how ‘delicious’ a wedding cake might be, a bride should never be embarrassed to serve it to her guests.
I was so mortified by the way that the cake turned out that I asked my photographer not to take any official pictures of it.
As if that weren’t bad enough, when we reached out about the missing icing colors that we were charged for, the lack of detailed icing (that we were charged for) and the cracked cake (that they generously provided free of charge) our emails and attempts to contact them through their website were ignored.
Unprofessional doesn’t come close. I can’t decide if the issues with our cake were laziness or incompetence, and at the end of the day it doesn’t really matter. Either one should be a warning to anyone considering them for an event.
