We love this place soooo much! It is the best Karaoke experience. The staff is fantastic too! Highly recommend this place for any occasion. Celebrated my 40th here. 4 hours flew by so fast.
The servers were kinda rude, it felt like they were just trying to get us to pay and get out. A karaoke bar has so much potential for tips and I would’ve tipped a higher rate if I didn’t feel shooed out. Overall, I would definitely do it again but to make it exceptional, the service would be more caring and bubbly with our time.
We hosted my husband 40th Birthday and the night was magical! I love the ease of reserving the room, the communication and the check in. Love the food, specially the amazing out of the oven gluten free pizza! Thank you BBK for making my husband night amazing!
