My first experience was great! I ordered the #1, a pound of crawfish which comes with potatos, corn, and an egg. I added one piece of sausage. For the price, it was a great meal. On my second visit, I had had a long day, and the same meal was going to be my reward to myself. I was tired, and hungry. I live on the south side of Springdale. And, I looked forward to relaxing from a long day and enjoying my meal. But, too my surprise, and frankly, disappointment, I opened the bag to a pound of crawfish, and a piece of sausage. Had I been closer to the food truck I would have jumped in the car and went to get what I was owed. But, I was too tired to drive back to Fayetteville. I called them, and got an apology. I was told they would make things right if I came back. I was too tired for that! Worn out. I now believe what the guy meant was if I drove back to Fayetteville they would simply give me what I did not get. A refund should have come with the veggies had I gone back that night? So, anyhow, I came to this conclusion later, because he said I could stop by Friday or Saturday and they would make it right. So, I decided I would go to Fayetteville, and dance on Saturday. I dance a lot on the streets. Had it not been for them going to, "make it right", I would not have gone to Fayetteville Saturday. I made a point to dance down their street before going back to my car and calling, and asking if I could pick up my order in 10 or 15 minutes. He told me that as soon as I got there they could put my order together pretty quick. That perplexed me, since people call in orders there all the time. But, I showed up and was asked to pay for the crawfish and not the veggies. In all my life I had never had an experience like that anywhere I had ordered. Nor has anyone I have spoken to since. I was shocked. But, I was VERY KIND, AND GRACIOUS. They gave me a good price as far as a pound of crawfidh goes. That was nice, considering they should have mentioned how they do business when they screw up either of the two times we spoke on the phone!! They said they aim to please. They did not please me. I walked away with the food I should have gotten for FREE, KNOWING I WILL NEVER GO BACK. SORRY, NOT SORRY.
