It was my first visit. My first order was about $60 and I left a tip. Later, I placed another order for around $10. They accidentally gave me a larger portion, and I even put more money in the tip jar again to make up for their loss — I would’ve been perfectly fine switching back to the smaller one. Unfortunately, one of the staff (the one with glasses) seemed unhappy, gave me attitude, and placed things down quite hard. It was disappointing, especially since I was trying to be considerate

My daughter has been here multiple times. My husband and I made our first visit today. Prompt friendly service. Very clean! We ordered the Thai Tea , Coffee milk drizzle with chocolate chips. Taiwanese popcorn chicken. Beverages were excellent! The popcorn chicken was good , a lil salty for my taste but still good. Highly recommend- very pleasant experience ❣️

Wonderful food, service, and atmosphere. I wish they would hire more employees. I never seem to see more than two at a time and it's always quite busy when I go (usually late afternoon) Even just one more person would make a big difference. I want to stress, the employees are always so kind and patient despite the fast-paced environment. They've never been anything but pleasant, quick, and accommodating. But there's just only so much two people can do, you know?

I haven't been here in a while, and maybe that's why. I remember the food was great and drinks, so when I came here today I was really disappointed. I ordered a special summer drink, a taiyaki and takoyaki The takoyaki was really squishy like it was not cooked all the way. Wet dough. The taiyaki I ordered was red bean, but it was filled with plain black beans, not even sweet and definitely not adzuki beans. The drink was ok, the boba was cooked well, but it was very watery. The price was over 20$ too Needless to say, I think that's my last time for bobos. I will drive all the way to rogers for boba.
