So tasty! Ordered Thai tea, taro smoothie, taiyaki, and passion fruit ribbon ice. It was very busy and the team was moving as efficiently as possible for all of the orders. The girl ringing up orders was still making sure to offer the options to customers. We'll definitely be back to try some more!

Customer service could be improved.As someone who's been a Bobo’s regular since their days on Weddington Dr., it's a bit disheartening to have to share this experience.I recently swung by for some drinks and teriyaki before picking up my niece from school. When I called ahead, they mentioned they only accept pre-orders for 6 items, yet I only needed 5. I tried explaining my situation, mentioning that popping in to order would make me late for picking up my niece. I even offered to pay in advance to smooth things over. Unfortunately, after being on hold for 5 minutes, I had to hang up. Despite a few more attempts to reach them, I couldn’t get through.I believe that there may have been a miscommunication or oversight, and I sincerely hope that my feedback can contribute to improving the customer service experience at Bobo's.

Drinks are ok. Taro smoothly is often too runny. However, they have been out of boba almost every time I’ve come. There are no signs telling you this. So expect to wait in line to find out. I’d suggest if you’re going to call yourself Boba, maybe be adequately stocked for it.

I alway get the shaved ice-cream when I come here. It’s my favorite thing to get when I visit but the only issue is that almost every time I visit they’re either out of the ice-cream flavor that I want or they’re out of certain toppings. Staff are always friendly and very helpful to give advice on what toppings to choose from.

The food was gross and they don’t even sell ice-cream and they were all out of tapioca boba..false advertisement ?? don’t waste your time, I usually don’t leave bad reviews but jeez people need to be warned! ?(i’m pretty sure they don’t even sell tapioca boba, because it was marked off the menus)

The avocado and Taro smoothie here are delicious! Their boba is always cooked to perfection. The vibe in there is always nice and the seating is comfortable. Would definetly recommend!
