Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Food always good, but it took them upwards of 20 minutes to get a single number 1 meal out. Ive worked in fast food and they didn’t seem to be understaffed, but i don’t know what their regular staffing is. multiple people were told they would be next and never were next. multiple people left without ordering. It honestly seemed like they were more worried about getting drive thru orders out as they are timed and recorded on how fast those orders get out, but it creates for a very slow dine in experience.

Such a cheap option for a quick dessert.

Braums is still my favorite place because you can get family prices decent all way around and you can get dinner and dessert for a very reasonable price and food is also right down home for being fast food I've always loved it.

If your having a hard time financially but want a bang for your buck the bag of burgers is probably the cheapest option around honestly... 6 cheese burgers for less than 10 bucks goes a long way and honestly every time I buy a bag of burgers I almost never finish all of them in one sitting... I'll get a bag of burgers and literally have burgers to eat for the rest of the day... not literally but you get what I mean lol plus you can't beat getting frozen yogurt and cheeseburgers at the same restaurant 😋 just saying 🤷

Once a week I pick my granddaughter up from school and she wants to go to this particular Braums for ice-cream and French fries. Normally there is no muss, no fuss. But today, my four year old granddaughter had the privilege of hearing inappropriate words from three of the Braums team members. NOT OKAY. If nothing else, be respectful of your customers. We weren't the only ones in there. So disappointed.

Awful customer service. Order placed at 6:34 the time is now 7:07, “Alex” and “Handsome,” were the managers on shift. My order was wrong, the staff was unhelpful and had to wait additional time for no food, and the order to be incorrect.

When asked for their names, the staff said “you don't need to know (place n ending in a word here)” Braum’s has solidly gone down hill and I cannot believe people still patronize this place.

Good food, but horrible customer service and building condition. No paper towels or toilet paper in the restroom. Not swept or mopped. Air conditioner on when it is cold out. As cold in the store as it is outside. Employees act like they really don't want to be here at all.

Very good burgers and ice cream. Fast and friendly service. Highly recommend

4 people know how to get ice cream and only 1 person for the food. No one try’s to go out of their way to help the food side. Very poor service! Place is nasty and needs deep cleaning! I’m sure nothing will change due to poor management!

It's so bad here. I wish I was being dramatic but I don't understand at all how/why it's such a bad experience. We waited an exceptionally long time for our food. I got a vanilla shake with mine, that they brought up and sat in a puddle of melted ice cream/toppings on the counter. When I went back up to check on my order, nobody was making any food and were confused after one of them asked if I had been helped and I told them I was waiting for my food. They asked what I had and then said they were waiting on a chicken patty. When it was ready, my burger was obviously pretty old on a cold bun with a hard slice of cold cheese. The chicken was a regular and should have been a spicy. My daughter took it up so they could remake it, and they made ANOTHER regular.. not spicy, drowned in mayo. We gave up at that point. I can't wrap my head around what's going on here.

I order a spicy chicken sandwich and I got a regular, so I brought it back and had them make me a new one. They literally brought me another regular but with more mayo on it. How freaking dare you.

Always good ice cream choice when you either want traditional or something new.

The food is good, but the service misses often and the store usually doesn't look clean. Another big putoff is how the open hours aren't reliable due to staff closing early with no explanation.

Braum’s is the only ice cream place worth going to. Delicious, affordable ice cream... a 2 cones under $4! It’s simple and classic. it’s a combo restaurant, ice cream parlor, and grocery store. One stop for everything.

Hands down the SLOWEST Braums I've ever been to.
