Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

It's so bad here. I wish I was being dramatic but I don't understand at all how/why it's such a bad experience. We waited an exceptionally long time for our food. I got a vanilla shake with mine, that they brought up and sat in a puddle of melted ice cream/toppings on the counter. When I went back up to check on my order, nobody was making any food and were confused after one of them asked if I had been helped and I told them I was waiting for my food. They asked what I had and then said they were waiting on a chicken patty. When it was ready, my burger was obviously pretty old on a cold bun with a hard slice of cold cheese. The chicken was a regular and should have been a spicy. My daughter took it up so they could remake it, and they made ANOTHER regular.. not spicy, drowned in mayo. We gave up at that point. I can't wrap my head around what's going on here.

I order a spicy chicken sandwich and I got a regular, so I brought it back and had them make me a new one. They literally brought me another regular but with more mayo on it. How freaking dare you.

Always good ice cream choice when you either want traditional or something new.

The food is good, but the service misses often and the store usually doesn't look clean. Another big putoff is how the open hours aren't reliable due to staff closing early with no explanation.

Braum’s is the only ice cream place worth going to. Delicious, affordable ice cream... a 2 cones under $4! It’s simple and classic. it’s a combo restaurant, ice cream parlor, and grocery store. One stop for everything.

Hands down the SLOWEST Braums I've ever been to.

Prices can't be beat and the ice cream and employees was outstanding. Definite 5 stars.

This store is next to my school, so I recently went with my boyfriend. The girl in the cone line was honestly really odd. She didn't smile, spoke in a monotone voice, and didn't serve the ice cream properly. I work at the Braums on college, so I know what our service is supposed to look like.

This lady took our order, served my boyfriend the wrong froyo, and when I corrected her mistake she made the new cone 3x smaller than it's supposed to be. My scoop of regular ice cream was definitely not the 4oz scoop they're supposed to serve.

The place was miserable and had a really heavy feel to the atmosphere. The employees definitely hate their job....

Long wait, shake was like water. Don't have time to go back, and they were not even busy.

Service was nice.

Only one clean table and food was a bit cold but still good.

Love Braums, best ice cream ever!

I hate scoring this place so low as I love Braum's. But this location has just gone downhill and hasn't recovered. Slow service. Food not fresh. Nothing like the location up in Bentonville. Very sad.

We stopped by this store on an outing for Mother's Day. The service and frozen yogurt was great!
