Went for the bottomless apps did not expect much was pleasantly surprised very good service very good meal fun atmosphere not much going on in the night though so not sure if that made a big difference in the quality of our service that night

Came in to place a to go order. Hostess seems like she couldn’t care less about her job I had to repeat my self every time I said something. Then after I payed for me and my wife’s 35 dollar meal she informed me I couldn’t have a drink since they don’t have any to go cups. Wish I wouldn’t have payed for it already or I would have left and just went somewhere else.

Where do I start? We were in town visiting my bfs cousin. We did have 10 plus people. The waitress was very rude. Took our drink order and ended up giving everyone water and disappeared. If she was overwhelmed with the number of people at the table she should have asked for help instead of walking away. After waiting an hour and a half for our food ( was not busy) we finally got up and asked for our food. Some of the food was still not ready. When we got the food it was cold, not fresh. There was a young man that ended up jumping in and picking up where the previous waitress left off. He never once pointed fingers at her or say i don’t know or placed blame. He is the only reason service is a 2 star instead of 1. This review isn’t even telling you the full story and how bad service was before the young man stepped in. Waiting and disappearing on us is crazy. It was a hot mess, not what we normally would receive at a Buffalo Wild Wings.

I placed an order online for the 2 of the 20 boneless wings with large fries. I got there at the estimated time it said my order would be ready and still had to sit and wait 30 extra minutes for it to be ready, well at this point i was frustrated but tried to be understanding because I know restaurants can get busy around that time. Finally got my meals drove all the way home only to find out we were missing half of our order. This was a super upsetting experience, called and requested a refund but they informed me the manager would have to give me a call back.

This was the first time eating here. My husband and I ordered burgers. My brother got the wings. It tasted good but about 3 hrs after eating my husband and I was sick to our stomachs. Brother was fine. I think we may have had a touch of food poisoning, bit that's only my opinion, so take it for what it's worth.

Consistently terrible for pickup orders. Makes you wait 30+ minutes for small order placed in advanced. Not worth it.
Ordered online through app for pickup. Showed up at pickup time and had to wait 40 minutes for my pick up order. Absolutely awful. Looking at other reviews, this appears to be a normal thing and the owner just copies and pastes responses to get us to fill out a form. Yikes

Worst wing store there is! You’re gonna wait an hour and a half on a mobile you placed 30 mins prior to showing up to pick up your order! You will receive cold food! Mind you employees there are always on something and cant make orders when they are supposed to be made. Servers are rude and they don’t care about their jobs!!! They always say its cause their behind well if you know your always behind you probably shouldn’t be so picky on employees and hire more people. Id recommend wing stop or the other locations over this location!!!

A couple of friends and I had made an online order we ordered the 20/20 when we got there food wasn’t ready and that was fine we waited, once we got our meal we noticed the fries were missing so they went to go get them, the lady who hands it to my friend a larger blonde lady, gave my friend the must nasties attitude even tho my friend thanked her for bring the fries out and just walks with a face of “I hate being here” I get it we don’t like our jobs but at least hide the look on your face girl. Tell me when we get home we saw A EFFING ROACH COME OUT OF OUR FIES. So on top of the restaurant not being packed, the staff giving attitude we got a damn roach in our fries. There isn’t a single time I come here SOMETHING IS ALWAYS WRONG rather if it’s the staff, it’s the damn food. Smh I love B dubs but this one in Fayetteville is JUST NOT IT. The one in Springdale and in Bentonville never failed! Might be a longer drive but the service and food in those two other locations are always on point!

Ordered my food online at 7:55PM. The order was supposed to be ready at 8:30PM (which is already plenty of time to make an order for 1 person). I arrived past 8:30PM and did not have anyone approach me at the pick up desk. I asked multiple people to check on my order, and never heard back from them. There ended up being a line of 6+ pick up order which no one was helping/approaching/managing any of us. Someone should have been handling the task of pick up orders. At the one hour mark of my order duration, I asked for a refund and did not receive any sympathy or explanation. I am livid.
Update (1 month later): Never received my refund, called twice to have that checked, never got an update. No one’s reached out to me about my service. this place sucks.
