On 10/24/2024 I ordered takeout for lunch and my order was a few minutes later than the website said but they were busy so I understand. I want to recognize everyone on the kitchen staff that afternoon for hooking it up after that small delay. Definitely counted more wings than I ordered for my BOGO special. Management if you are reading this I wish for more smoke breaks and shift drinks for your hardworking kitchen staff.

Was the worst food and service ever. Wings were cold, beer tasted like water, so my husband got a water and we didn’t even get asked if we would like any refills on our refreshments. This BWW is not recommended. If you know that you had problems with your beer dispenser why sell it?

My boyfriend and I went to go have some wings last night. We arrived at the place at 9:50, we ordered our food not long ago after we arrived. Our food got delivered to our table 50 minutes after we arrived… 50 minutes is unacceptable. The waitress lied to us saying the grills were off already and that was the reason why it took so long and I immediately knew it was a lie. I talked to the manager and she was no help at all either, I asked her for a discount because it really should’ve not taken 50 minutes for the food to come out. She said the bill could go down a couple of dollars … like okey ??? It should’ve came out of them to give the discount not me and I wasn’t asking how much the bill would go down. I definitely got frustrated because we were starving and the waitress didn’t come to our table to tell us she made a mistake. And I isn’t exaggerating when I say we waited almost an hour for our 6 wings and a sandwich…it wasn’t busy at all either. Service and management is bad at this location.

The young waitress had little patience with my almost 80 year old father. She seemed very annoyed with us. I understand it is a fast pace environment but at the same time the communication style, respect, and attitude skills of the younger generation really continues to go down hill. Food and atmosphere overall for NFL football was good.

Ordered takeout, they forgot the ranch, and the cashier asked me twice if I was going to tip (which I did even though she forgot the ranch). They need to check their attitudes and focus on completing the order instead of worrying about tips. Terrible service

I am a regular at least 5 days a week. I came in to watch a game tonight and found out that direct TV had cancelled because of a conflict with Disney. That being said before they had a stick that would allow them to get other channels but for some reason they didn't have them now. I love this place but I also love football so hopefully they get this problem fixed.
