Honestly don’t expect much from BWW. But man… Wings and sauce cold pass room temperature. Fries at least an hr old, So hard and stale that they crunched liked chips. If I had more time (I’m on my lunch break) I would’ve called for more a manager.. walked them in the kitchen to see how it’s possible this food was considered good enough to serve a paying customer. It’s not like it came out fast either. Had to wait for a good amount of time.I will say, I’ve only lived in the area for about 1 year or so. 9/10 experiences in Fayetteville are like this. I’ve come to conclusion that no one here takes any pride in their work. The land of mediocrity is what I tell my people back home.Service was okay. Still grateful for the people who show up to work. But man… feel so cheated.

Usually, I enjoy going to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Bentonville but went to this one in Fayetteville on October 12 and had the worst service. It took almost 2 hours for our food to come out and during that time our waiter didn't come to check on us for refills or inform us of how much longer we would be waiting for, my friend had to get up and go up to him and ask about our food. Then when our food did arrive it didn't taste fresh and was cold like it had just been sitting back there. So due to the lack of service from our waiter, we didn't put a tip on the receipt because he didn't really do his job or provide us with barely any service. But when we checked our bank account earlier we noticed that he had given himself a tip.

My friend and I had a wonderful stop at Buffalo Wild Wings this afternoon. The waitress was patient on our indecisiveness, and was very helpful with our selection of what to get. Although I will say she knew how to keep selling us shots, 'Well its happy hours, why not?' and then suddenly you're a few shots in because it was indeed a happy hour. Thanks to the staff there this afternoon.

If I could give half a star I would. Honestly, I share the responsibility in this experience being bad. When I thought I might go to BWW I had it in my head that maybe the experience wouldn’t be bad this time, maybe the service was better and maybe I wouldn’t want to walk into traffic. Nope, once again BWW broke me, not only was the service abysmal, but the only reason we went was to watch one game specifically, and of course that was the one channel we were told there was an error with. But before we found out there was an error, we asked to change one tv to the game about 50 times, before eventually they just turned the tvs off and then told us that channel was having an error. Even though every other channel worked, and every other place was apparently able to show that game, not BWW. The food was average at best, basically microwaved chicken nuggets, and I saw the waitress maybe 2 times total. If I could give this place negative stars I would, and if I was a billionaire I would buy Buffalo Wild Wings and shut down every location just to save people from the experience. This place made me feel like getting hit by a bus would be the best thing that could happen. If you respect yourself, don’t go to BWW, don’t go to this location especially, because I can assure you that you would also rather walk into traffic than experience this place.

The AC is out for the 3rd time this summer. ON A FIGHT NIGHT. WHY IN THE WORLD, does the Franchise continue to let this happen. For that matter why does BW's let this happen. I know it is expensive. However, get it in the works. I cannot believe your Kitchen also has to deal with it. Yes the staff said it is out in the kitchen as well.

If you ever come to Buffalo Wild Wings and expect good service, you don't have your priorities right. There is a constant pessimism to this place every time I hear that my friends want to get wings. I understand it will be like DOOMSDAY trying to storm the beaches of getting your order done. If I was a make-a-wish kid I would die before I got my order in any wing place, SPECIFICALLY THIS LOCATION. Food was great, watched the fight on and that was great. However, if you go to a BDUBS expecting service to be 5 stars you might not be thinking correct. The environment was fun but that doesn't explain why wings I order, take 2 HOURS to get and without the correct sides. Thank you for reading my TED talk but I hope you can save yourself some pain.

Great variety and quality of food and drinks. The tacos are a smaller portion, but they’re so tasty and filling. Try the brisket tacos! The Buffalo chicken tots were a surprise delight. Great appetizer. Margarita was mixed to perfection. Overall, great atmosphere and family dinner.They can easily accommodate small or large groups.

The service and food orders at this location can be a hit or miss. During our most recent visit, the hostess seemed to be frustrated.However, our server Michelle was absolutely spectacular. She was attentive, patient and kind. Her customer service was above and beyond! My family was so grateful for her help. For this reason, we gave the service a 5/5
