Alyssa is a horrible manager that has no customer service skills, rude. This isn't the first time that these managers have been rude, the employees are rude as well but not as much as the managers. This is suppose to be fast food and they take 15 minutes to take an order and another 15 minutes just to make it. When I brought up an issue to Alyssa she simply hung up just because I asked a question that she didn't like.

I've been eating the Whopper Junior for years. In the last year or two they decreased the size of it. That was a bummer, but today's offering was even worse. Downsized again!! The pattie was the size of a piece of sausage!! And the bun was just the cutest little thing!! Not a Junior anymore. It's a Whopper Baby! So, my wife suggested that I get a regular Whopper next time because they've probably shrunk it to the size of a Junior. Hmmm.
Great times at the BK lounge! Service was super fast and we had a coupon to save a little cash! Nice location and very polite staff :)
