It's 9:25pm on a Sunday night and the doors are locked. The hours say you're open until 10:00pm. The employees are leaning on the counter, looking at me, and laughing. It looks like they very much enjoy getting paid for no work, they certainly aren't performing closing duties.

Rachel was by far the highlight of my day! Their service was amazing, and they were quick to clean up their customers' service area and the whole restaurant as well. Rachel is a really strong employee and super friendly. I'll be back to see Rachel's smile!

Sat for ten minutes being ignored at the drive thru menu. Then got parked for 15 minutes for cold soggy food. There's plenty of other options next door, across the road and down the street. AVOID Burger King where it's never your way or right. Oh, this was also a replacement order from last week for giving me the wrong order that was also cold. By the way- since when is this a four piece of chicken fingers? Giving two and breaking one in half makes three ?♀️?. Might want to fix your issues- without customers you won't have a job... just saying.

When i ssy my southern self doesnt leavereviews, its true.But i have to take time to complement this staff under Tomya on MLks night shift. Never thought i would be taking time to complement a fast food chain but their service was excellent. Brady was polite and attentive and the burger was fresh well made and their kitchen ran like a clock baby. When youre in fast food on such a busy street like MLk in Faytown this is how you operate. I see you BK

I would have gave zero stars if I could have Maddie has got to be the most Unprofessional "manager" I have ever spoken too . She's condescending and ignorant to her "job" . You don't call customers honey when they are asking yiu a simple question and in a tone as if yiu are 2 years old. She needs

BK used to be our favorite burger place. The quality of the food has fallen over the last few years until, now, we pass by and go for other burgers. The Whoppers are poorly built so that they fall apart before you can finish and often are bagged up cold and handed out the window. The tea is never fresh and tastes like it is several days old. We are disappointed and believe the management needs to recalibrate the staff on BK standards.
