Super disappointed that you can't even get a sandwich made here anymore. They have a few sloppily pre made dry options. But they look terribly unappealing. I used to get lunch here all the time. But it's all generic and bland looking now. I just get gas sometimes and leave. No reason to even go inside anymore.

Do not come here and waste your time I stepped out to my car for a second to check on things and they thought I left the order and threw my food out that instant even after I paid. The girl with colored hair working the counter wasted my time with that antic and waiting for another to be made.

These were the “cheesy bread sticks” we were delivered from this location on Monday. The pizzas we got were also not cooked properly. My oldest took these back to the store after we had it delivered and someone who said they were the assistant manager said no one trained him and it was he and one other person making orders. She was very patient and told him it wasn’t right so he remade the exact same thing again. My daughter showed him the picture and said this is what it’s suppose to look like….he added cheese to the breadsticks in the picture and reheated them. He was not helpful or understanding he was very frustrated with her even though she was very patient and felt bad for him. She finally got a refund after she looked up how much they were online because he didn’t know how to find that either ??‍♀️ We won’t be coming back here. There were also no delivery stickers on the pizza boxes.

My husband and I stopped by this location so he could us e the restroom. While waiting for him to return I noticed that they only had one person working. It was after midnight, and from my personal experience I know that is not how it works. It’s unsafe for their employees, which makes it look like who ever they have over this location does not care about the safety and wellbeing of their employees. Someone should really do something about that, if it’s due to being short staffed hire some new people if it’s people calling in then who ever is in charge should have taken care of the situation and covered the shift or found someone else to come in and cover it. No one should have to work in that area at night alone. We could not order anything because the kitchen was shut down I guess, because there were no lights on back there, and since when did they stop adding stuff to the sandwiches upon request? That’s just ridiculous.

On December 22nd at 12 noon I was on my lunch break. I was getting food for lunch. When there card reader started to mess up the women at the counter asked Carl THE MANAGER of the store for help but he acted like she didn't exist then a different employee came to help the cashier check me out because of there system messing up CARL THE MANAGER started screaming at me and the two employees doing there job and while yelling at me with a store full of people I don't even know I CAN GET IN ANOTHER LINE. After that I left without buying anything from there. Later that same day I tried to use my card and because of there system being messed up and the managers unwillingness to help I got charged for 3 purchases that are over 10 dollars apace. If this place thinks it can run with a disrespectful STORE MANAGER then all the luck to them I will never go back to this store again so disrespectful and unpleasant to be around Carl

This use to be a good store but it has gotten really bad. I went in today just to go to the bathroom and got these pictures. I was there at 8am, so there’s no way that it was this bad already. Plus there was absolutely no soap and a worker came in and “washed her hands” WITH NO SOAP! It’s gross! The last time I got pizza there, it took them 15 minutes longer than it was supposed to and came out completely wrong. The cashiers act like they are inconvenienced anytime you go to the counter and the turnover rate is insane!! I’m definitely not going here anymore

To me everything about this place is the best the pizza is rlly good i came in the morning and eat some wasn't expecting it to be that good i went back inside ask for the lady who made the pizza told her she did a fantastic job she was so nice even gave me another pizza (dont worry Casey's she paid for it) so

Always understaffed. I love a good Casey’s but I can’t understand how this location can always be this short on team members from 5-7 pm. Would rather pay more for a pizza if it meant having it ready on time.

Everytime you come here, there is 1 person working and 20 people in line. It is very very inconvenient and time-consuming. At Kum N Go it's super fast and we'll trained staff. There nice at caseys but I can't continue to give my business to them due to large wait times and untrained staffThey need more than 1 person working register. The wait time and line is way to long. I saw 4 customers walk out along with myself the other day. I never leave bad reviews but I am this time to help the store owners make changes needed.

Ordered pizza again. I should have learned the first time. Asked for light sauce and it looked like today was Opposite Day. They caked on the sauce.

This place is always, 100% of the time, understaffed. This is no slight on the workers but why bother having the counter space for two registers if there are only ever enough people to man one? Always a long line, always take a long time to restock items in store. Air pump broken frequently. Casey's as a company needs to staff their locations better, bottom line of profit be damned.
