I love caseys, I use them where I can all over arkasas and rely on them to have the same standards across the board.. not this one, this is the most convenient one to me, however I've had so many issues that, it's time to say something. My first issue is the terrible doughy, not cut all the way pizza ordered, on the same ticket I ordered a 3 pack of cookies (the apple crisp ones?) What came was one peanut butter cookie. ( ordered through caseys)The next time, I went in to get a pizza i ordered, and was told my order was canceled because the kitchen staff walked out, so he was just there to close the kitchen, so i went to use the bathroom, I went in and there wasn't any toilet paper, I went up to the desk, where he ignored me for a min, till I said excuse me sir, your out of toilet paper, he said, ya well, we are closing in an hour, shrugged and went back to what he was doing. I just stared at him, I was at a loss for words, so I left and went to Walmart. Then today, I simply ordered a root beer and a 3 pack of cookies, through door dash, what came was my root beer and 1 cookie. This store is frequently dirty, and is out of stock of things alot and just doesn't have the customer service or standards at all. I haven't lost faith in caseys, and will continue to use others. However, it's lost my business as being the closest to me and most used. It seems like there is a lack of employee vs over worked employees. The only way to complain about an order is to call and jump through hoops. Not worth the hassle to do so. Please bring your attention to this station immediately. I usually don't complain as I understand there are bad days, but this requires attention.

Went to order pizza like I usually do. Normally the staff rocks!! But this person named Cody M. made my pizza this time and it was terrible. Not only was it left out on the counter but it wasn’t even cooked all the way. When I asked what happened and how can we fix this he scoffed and cussed at me. The other staff seemed nervous so I just left. Hope someone can fix this.

This has to be the third time I’ve ordered a pizza showed up after the estimated complete time and they haven’t even seen or started my order. Casey’s corporate needs to do something about this store, they do not operate well at all. If Casey’s corporate cares about theirs stores at all they will send some dang management down here to get this place working. It’s the gas station closest to my house and I grew up in a town with a great Casey’s this store is such a huge disappointment. Either sell it to a company that cares or support your staff!

Location on Wedington. I called to order a breakfast pizza from the location. I was told word for word "I mean....yeah I guess but it would be a pain". Awesome customer service. I think they figured out (a little too late) they probably handled it poorly and said they would still make it. You can probably guess who didn't order a pizza! This was up until now my favorite Casey's location. This was pretty disappointing. 8/25/24 - Call was at 12:45 PM.

I swear this is the most ghetto Casey's I have ever been to. No cups, no tea, store was a huge mess, employees yelling across the store at one another. I'll go out of my way to visit another gas station.

I stop by a Casyes every morning for some form of breakfast. For a long time now I'm finding my self going out of my way to hit any other caseys but this one. Every time I go in there's only maybe an old burrito or a slice or two of sausage breakfast pizza. There is never any choice. All though both products are good I need variety it may not be the people there but the company it's self because all I ever see is one person in the kitchen at a very busy location especially in the morning time
